- TSTyra S6 days ago1.0This review is more focused on the Starbucks they have in the store. I went there on 08/15/26 at 12:30pm and the service was absolutely horrible. The black girl with dreads is rude asf for no reason and don’t even know what she doing fr. I order an Iced triple Espresso and the girl rung me up for an iced shaken espresso and got mad when I told her my shit should be cheaper. The other girl who making the drinks, she was nice and the only reason why i didn’t curse the other girl out.

As the family of missing person left store. This was so morally inconsiderate of the Tom Thumb manager as we frantically try to find the missing person. The residents of this senior community shops at this store daily and the heartless manager was unhelpful and rude in her actions. Thank you Veronica for not supporting the community that supports your business and showing how Tom thumb supports the community in a time of crisis. Veronica you should be ashamed!!!! I’m going to inform the whole community of your insensitive behavior on behalf of Tom Thumb

I tried to call and speak with the manager, but I was transferred to a different department and eventually the phone just stopped ringing and hung up.
- OIO IJul 16, 20261.0Did a quick run for mac and cheese to this store and when I opened the box there was literally a ton of bugs inside!!!🤢 We went to return it to show them, they did give us our money back but were not concerned at all. They have bug problems and after reading reviews, they also sell spoiled food. We will no longer be shopping here.
