When I contacted customer service, I was advised that the missing items could not be delivered and that I would need to return to the store myself. Because the missing items included groceries I needed for meals, I was forced to place an Instant Delivery order and pay an additional delivery fee to replace items that should have been included in my original order. Unfortunately, the delivery order also had issues. I received cabbage instead of lettuce, one item was expired, and another item was damaged. I submitted a complaint through customer service on June 16 and have yet to receive a response. I’ve generally had positive experiences with Tom Thumb, but this situation has been extremely frustrating. At this point, I would simply appreciate someone reviewing my complaint and contacting me regarding a resolution.

Wished the bakery would of done a better job of tapping it down in box, plus the box wasn't tall enough for a 3 layered. But cake was beautiful and tasted wonderful. But what a mess. Please get boxes for all sizes of cake.

She was friendly, fast, attentive, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. It’s rare to come across customer service that leaves such a strong impression, but Paige definitely did that. Employees like her are the reason customers keep coming back.
