  This place has NEVER gotten my order right. Ever. I ordered a TRIPLE smash burger, and received a double. On top of that, I got a large order of tots with less than HALF FULL. Pathetic And then these workers cry and want to be paid $15-$20 an hour??? You “people” are unable to follow simple instructions. Can’t put together a pre made burger together. And then have the nerve to ask for a TIP???? Insanity. You people deserve less than minimal wage. Good luck with life ✌️

  I placed an order ahead of time to be picked up at 6pm . I arrived at about 5:50 and they said pull up to the window . My food was ready and sitting because they immediately handed it to me ! The mozzarella sticks had no pull and was cold !! My float drink was watered down melted , my burger was cold and I had to microwave it ! Do better I don’t want my food sitting and waiting for me way way before the scheduled time ! 5 minutes prior is fine enough this is crappy service ! I knew when they handed me the food but I didn’t want to start anything so I grabbed it and drove off and sure enough it was nasty and cold ! It was set for a time to be fresh & not sitting waiting for whenever I get there ! Glad I showed up 10 minutes before six it would have been worse !
