For example: a food or meal prep order needs to drive around rear or front and PARK & wait in a numbered spot so we can get quick snacks and drinks! Please fix this! Service can be horrid just trying to get drink & cookie or lil muffin! Thank you!

I really need to learn my lesson and stop coming to this one. It is like this every time I come. I don’t understand. Do better!

I was looking in through the drive through window and they were not using gloves. One girl was picking something out of her 5 inch nails. The red headed manger wasn’t using gloves handing people food. When they saw how I was looking threw the drive threw window they started to put on gloves. This is the night crew on 4.23.26 at 830pm forney location. The whole crew needs to be retrained.
