When servers and wait staff 'call in' it wreaks havoc on the entire operation. I arrived at 4:50 pm today and had a beer and ordered 2 sirloins and 1 small ribs 'to go' with 2 sides each. Poor Allison, the bartender and cashier, had to wear 2 hats and wait on half the tables as well. It took awhile to cash out my tab and when I got home discovered the grilled onions weren't there ($3 charge) No, I wasn't driving all the way back again. I called them and I'll get a $10 credit on my next order. Fair enough!

Placed a pick up order for my little family and a 6oz rare steak for my dog’s 6th birthday. The staff was so kind and everything was ready right on time. They even sent home a pup cup for my girl’s bday. Thank you Outback- Forney!!

My family and I came to the Outback in Forney on Memorial Day. The next day I got really sick and had to miss work, causing me to miss my holiday pay for Memorial Day as well as a full day pay at work (I believe it was the broccoli that made me sick). I spoke with corporate and Mr. Ayman graciously offered me a gift card. It had to be mailed out twice due to me moving and having issues getting my mail transferred. I finally got the gift card today almost 3 months later but Mr. Ayman was very patient with me in the whole process and made sure I was taken care of for this incident. I think the resolution was fair and swift and I am appreciative that they rectified this situation. I will still eat at Outback because their food and service are both really good and I don’t want one incident that was possibly out of their control to effect my view on them 😊

Let me start off by saying that both my daughters work for Outback in Florida. I order a 8 oz fillet my wife ordered a half rack with fries. I am a meat eater and I NEVER EVER COMPLAIN. My steak was freezer burnt or just plain old. I literally took one bite and did not touch anything else on my plate. I am guessing that the assumption is that I want a refund or a free meal for something like that which is incorrect l. I wanted my issue heard and acknowledged. I will pay for my meals regardless. Doesn't take a smart person to tell. The lady a that approached me I guess the manager tried to tell me some crap about steaks being pulled for the day and blah blah blah. She Obviously thinks that grown people are stupid and not know what freezer burn or old refrigerator meat taste like. I ignored her rubbish, paid my bill and left. She didn't even try to apologize or recognize what I was saying. I will never be back to this outback again

They offer the chewiest, jaw-locking sirloins I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The seasoning was not enough to make up for such a difficult piece of meat to chew. It’s honestly confusing they charge $17 for mediocre 6oz sirloin when you can get a more tender 6oz sirloin at Texas Roadhouse for $13.49, and the sweet potato I ordered as my side was the smallest sweet potato I’ve ever seen in my life. I didn’t know sweet potatoes could be served smaller than the size of my fist. The best part of the meal was the fried mushrooms appetizer, the side Cesar salad, and the well-carbonated Diet Coke. My sister, who ordered the chicken, had a much better experience with the food than myself. Honestly tho, I didn’t come here for the food. I came here because it was the quietest place to order a steak on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot had plenty of space, the restaurant has a more relaxed vibe, the customers are 30+ and older so it’s not loud, and the staff are really nice. So it’s kind of like you pay for lesser quality food but get the satisfaction of a nicer restaurant atmosphere. My husband was annoyed that the waiter checked on us every 5 minutes and kept actively interrupting our conversations, but I told him it looked like the manager was watching everyone, and when you have a restaurant with such few customers and a manager keeping a hawk-eye on the staff, that’s just going to happen. The place needs less micromanagement on the staff, and more management on the quality of the food.
