Came with a coworker for lunch and the food was enjoyable. We were seated immediately upon entering and our server gave amazing customer service! We started with the complimentary bread and butter and ordered additional items. For food, I ordered the grilled chicken on the barbi (lunch) with a house salad (ranch) and loaded baked potato - I also topped it off with sautéed mushrooms. The chicken was nicely cooked and moist and I enjoyed meal. Will definitely return if I’m ever in the area.

We had a reservation for a party of 8 at Outback Steakhouse and were waiting in the lobby for quite a while before being seated. During the wait, one member of our group walked over to Buffalo Wild Wings to check their wait time as a backup option. While the rest of our party was still actively waiting at Outback, a manager came outside and very rudely confronted us about parking in the Outback lot, accusing us of going to Buffalo Wild Wings instead. The interaction was unnecessarily aggressive and embarrassing. To make matters worse, when we returned to the car after deciding to leave because of how we were treated, someone had placed an Outback menu on our windshield to “warn” us about parking there. It felt passive-aggressive and completely unprofessional. We understand businesses wanting to manage parking, but the way this situation was handled was incredibly disrespectful—especially toward paying customers with a reservation who were literally waiting to be seated. We will NEVER BE BACK, and will do our best to steer all of our friends and family away from this place.

I’ve been visiting Outback for quite some time. This particular experience was below subpar. I ordered the rib-eye steak medium well w/baked potato and house salad. plus the lobster. The steak had red blood seeping out once I cut the middle. They had the audacity to recook the same steak 3 times. When I asked for the manager, he was rude and horrible at customer service. When I asked for a new steak, he told me I would have to pay for another steak. Even when, 3 cooked steak was still on the table. By the time he changed his stance once I threaten to contact corporate he then offered me to order something different. I will be reaching out to Corporate, the floors were dirty, presentation was beneath standard. This experience deserves further action, this could be the reason why OUTBACKS ARE SHITTING DOWN IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS! I never got my steak, I ordered the chicken instead. Hopefully, they could cook chicken well done.

Had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse thanks to my bartender, Tommy. He was incredibly friendly, quick with recommendations, and clearly knows his craft. You can tell he’s built real relationships with the regulars—he was chatting and joking with everyone while still keeping service smooth and attentive. It made the whole place feel welcoming and relaxed, not just another chain restaurant stop. If you’re sitting at the bar, Tommy’s the kind of bartender who elevates the experience.
