Today, Saturday, July 4 I was in the Forney location.. The cashier was scanning my products. She scanned my app. After that the coupon she scanned disappeared. It was no longer my app fast-forward. I wouldn’t have a price check. The manager ended up coming somehow my coupon was an honor the cashier and the manager said that that never wasn’t denied, went through a horrible time in front of everybody. I will never go back to that location, cause the manager had the right to hear me out first and for me to explain which I was never given, he went to go and murmur to the other worker something about me they started staring at me, which was not professional at all isn’t it the manager’s right to hear first and then give us his opinion

Man, what a grocery store. I think they have everything you could imagine in a grocery store at very reasonable prices. The place looks terrific. Very clean. Everything is brightly lit so I couldn't ask for more in the grocery store. Too bad we don't have one near our home.

I would give HEB 5 stars if they would turn the music down. It is so loud, it is hard to hear others, or to think. Otherwise, I am happy with the store cleanliness, staff, and food selection. We especially enjoy the pimento cheese, the sliced roasted turkey, and the tortillas. We just tried the mini muffins and they are tasty.

INCIDENT DATE 6/13/26 - After traveling home from Montana today, we stopped to pick up groceries for our home. It had been a very long day, but things were needed for our home upon our arrival. Our home is also been under construction. None of this matters, except for the fact that we were exhausted. We went to check out and only one of three lines open if you had more than 10 to 15 items. We could barely keep our eyes open and decided to go over to the self checkout line. The young lady in line stopped us and said that we could not check out. My husband said well I'll do 10 and she can do 10, but the woman still said "no". At which point I requested to speak to the store manager. Chris (A SERVICE MANAGER), came over and said no that we could not. I said so you’ve got long lines with people and overloaded grocery carts and I have about 20 items of things that I need to get so that I can get home and I have to go stand in that line because you can’t staff the other 15 lines that are closed?! I then said that we would just leave and he could put the groceries away himself. I would think a store manager might open up another line or say here let me help you or go ahead and do it, but instead as he walked away from me, ignoring me as I asked for the store manager‘s name. He completely ignored me, so I followed him and said it louder. He turned around and then said “ma’am you can leave my Store “ I have been shopping with H-E-B since the 1970s since I am originally from San Antonio. Having been so excited that you guys are open here and have been shopping since opening week. The last thing I need is to experience the same type of service that you get from the other grocery stores in the Forney area specifically Kroger. I’m hoping the demographic does not carry over to this grocery store. So far all the service has been excellent. But it was absolutely unacceptable this evening. If I have to drive to Rockwall to get good service, then I will continue to do so as I’ve been going there prior to opening a Forney. But I will not come to the store and experience what I did this evening. I expect a direct apology from Mr. Chris the manager on duty. This is pictures of the two people that I experienced poor service with. The fact that I have to drive again to the grocery store with zero groceries in my house that has been under construction while we’ve been traveling in Montana now to have nothing at home and I have to turn around and make a 45 minute drive to Rockwall another hour of shopping in 45 minutes back tomorrow after having a 14 hour day of travel today is unacceptable. Furthermore, this gentleman is not worthy of management position!!!! I would hate to think that any type of manager would deem it acceptable by asking someone to leave their store simply because they refuse to give me the Store managers information when requested. Coupled with straight ignoring. Even the young lady working the line turned her back against me. If I wanted this type of service, I would go to Kroger where they have to lock everything up and you have to ask or deal with rude people. I am hoping that the service for the Store would be appealing to those driving from all over the area we live 20 miles east of Terrell so it is still a bit of an inconvenience to drive even to the store. The problem w/todays youth is that the don't understand or accept responsibility for their actions. No sense of empathy or ability to apologize. Chris on the call was "sorry about how you feel" while also standing strong on "I should know the line is 10 items or less rules in the store" not that I should have asked more questions or posed a solution. Chris afforded a loss of his store for a $300 that we spent at Rockwall Sunday am. Poor MJ had to clean up his mess. HEB should hold the standards they are known for.
