Warning: make sure you have all your items when you leave from checkout because I have had 2 separate situations where they don’t give me all my items and this is surely not a coincidence. HEB what type of employees do you have working for you? They seem to lack integrity.

Maybe all super stores should follow through but I know they're not, oh well. I love how they have so much stuff to choose from and specially the vegetables, wow I was shocked to see so much fruit and vegetables I have never seen before. I highly recommend this super store!
- MGMariela GarciaMay 10, 20262.0Today (Mother’s Day) I bought a little cupcake that came with 2 hand dipped strawberries for $6-$7 (I gifted it) and a pack of 8 gourmet hand dipped strawberries (milk chocolate and almonds) $15 ( a gift for my mom) The strawberries were old, very different from the first time I bought hand dipped strawberries and they were fresh and delicious, I was expecting the same experience so I didn’t mind buying expensive hand dipped strawberries, but no! They smelled like old fruit and tasted bad, I have a video and some parts are smushy and white EEWWW! Unfortunately I don’t even think I will have time to go back to the store and return them, I would loose even more money taking time to go back to the store than just cutting my losses and not buy strawberries from H-E-B ever again, lesson learn. I REALLY LIKE HEB and I hope they DON’T drop their standards or I will have to go to Costco, BJ’s etc.
- JYJuan YuMay 6, 20261.0I returned a cake with moldy fruit at H-E-B today. I ate some of the cake before noticing the moldy fruit, and I ended up vomiting afterward. I went there because there were few triple berries cheese cakes left. I didn’t want anyone else like me bought it and got sick. What upset me most was that the manager showed no concern and didn’t even apologize. I expected better customer care regarding a food safety issue.
- KWKasimir WilsonMay 5, 20265.0Wow. What an amazing store. We make the trek from Kaufman about every other week because they have the largest selection of gluten free items in Kaufman county. And their prices are unbeatable. They have EVERYTHING. And even when the parking lot is full, I barely notice the crowd. It's not crowded at all. I never have to wait in line to checkout. And their gasoline is the cheapest, pretty much anywhere. Haven't gotten gas yet because the line is way too long. But I did see an employee out there directing traffic. Highly recommend.
