    Great experience at Dutch Bros in Forney! Angie was so sweet, kind, and had such a great attitude and energy, especially that early on a Friday. She took our order, made some great suggestions, and was genuinely helpful. Morgan, the manager, was also very nice. Great team and great service! We’ll definitely be back!

    What’s with the attitudes on a Saturday morning like geesh I spend way too much money here to ever get treated like that. Lady with the piercings on her mouth.

    We waited 29 minutes in line for 2 drinks. We ordered through the app, so they were paid for already or else we would have left. The guy at the window was too busy talking to the car in front of us that he was totally oblivious to the line. He seemed more interested in chatting with the driver in front of us than taking care of business. When we mentioned the wait and the line, he was like really? Never again 😡

    Jayden was personable, communicative, and has great customer service. He walked the line taking orders, then went inside and still served the customers with a pleasant attitude! The creative drinks and wonderful interactions have made the decision to be customers an easy one to make! Thank you!!

    Dutch Bros is truly amazing. I am very disappointed in this location however. There is no point in Ordering ahead or using their app tracker to determine when your order is ready. This is the second time I couldn’t get my order or a refund, as the employee told me that he couldnt refund, but felt bad because i paid. He offered to still make my drinks, but i had ordered 20 mins earlier and needed to get to work on time. Had to cancel my order with no returns. Lost $17+ but I hope they fix their app timing. If i am planning for my drink to be ready at 7:38am (as it says in the app), then I am surprised when I arrive at 7:40 and you are just now starting it. I at least waited until 7:50 before having to cancel. Maybe I am just assuming that pre-order/order a head means that the order is put in before you arrive. I recommend going to other Dutch Bros locations my fellow teachers and educators.
