  I visited the Dutch Bros Coffee and I wanted to recognize the team for their excellent service. Even though the drive-thru and window were extremely busy, the employees continued working hard while staying polite and respectful to everyone. I especially wanted to point out an employee named Raphael.He handled the situation professionally despite how crowded and busy it was. Throughout my visit, I noticed how patient he was to every customer. I really appreciate the way the employees handled everything and created such a positive experience, even under pressure. I’m glad to see a team that works great together.

  I have to get on here and thank Emma and hayden. These sweet, kind and compassionate women bring sunshine day and night. I genuinely smile and have a better day ! they've been there for me through my gmas passing, weight loss goals, puppy bdays, mental health issues, cancer of my cat and my own tumor findings. whenever im down, they pick me up. they've helped me find mine, my husband, sister in law AND mother in laws favorite drinks from the endless menu yall have and always offer new things to try...this dutch bros is my absolute FAVORITE location, none other have come close, they need to be interviewed on how to make other stores like them !!

  My experience at dutch today was very disappointing. I usually come by just for my normal round of coffee and everyone is always nice and friendly. Today, I did not have my nice dutch bro’s experience. The boy outside this afternoon was very rude and disrespectful to me. I’m usually greeted very kindly but the barista today did not have a positive attitude. He was very distracted and seemed annoyed to be taking my order. I felt as if he just wanted me gone. I continued to see him throwing his arms and exclaiming when he had to take another order. It was clear he did not have a good attitude and was visibly acting upset towards customers. Once I got to the window and was able to talk to the people inside, the very nice girl at the window reassured me that he should not be acting that way and that she would speak to him. I asked her for his name and she told me it was Rapheal. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day, but I don’t believe he should be taking it out on customers. I hope my next experience is better because I do very much like this location.

  The woman working at the pick up window on mother's Day May 10th was more concerned with letting people know she didn't want to be there than she was with getting the orders finished correctly. Customers were giving up and walking away because she couldn't control the order flow and customers who came later where being served more drinks before customers who had been waiting longer for less drinks. Then she would blame the customers for not paying attention. I'm not going back to this location and telling as many people as I can about this experience.

  As someone who manages a drink place, it’s essential your employees know how to take an order. Half the time at Dutch Bros they put you in an awkward position and just stare without even saying “hello, what can I get started for you.” When they do take it, it’s a gamble , either super attentive or totally lost and getting it wrong even after 3 corrections. Drinks are inconsistent and overpriced for the wait. Funny thing is, the Dutch Bros off Military Pkwy in Mesquite never has this issue. Staff there always greets you and gets your order right the first time. So I know it’s possible which makes the location in Forney even more frustrating.
