    Visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill location tonight around 9 PM, well before closing, and they were already out of barbacoa. I ordered chicken and my boyfriend ordered steak, but both bowls were made very poorly. The portions were overloaded with rice and other ingredients, yet barely any meat was added. My bowl was still almost full at the end because there was hardly any chicken in it to begin with. The food prep also seemed very careless. The lady making the bowls was spilling ingredients into other containers while serving, which was pretty unappetizing to see. I understand places get busy, but customers should still receive accurate portions and cleaner service. And btw, there was no line and place was empty. Hoping management can improve the consistency and attention to food handling at this location.

    Terrible location! Waited in the chipotle-lane for over 40 mins and I never received my order. I will not be returning to this location.

    Whoever is making the mobile orders/ bowls around 4pm on Friday is NOT putting in the right amount of chicken. This is a recurring theme and it’s getting ridiculous. Please train your staff on correct portion sizes.

    I had a WORST experience at Chipotle. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet I felt rushed the entire time while ordering. The staff kept asking what I wanted next without giving me a moment to decide, which made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, I ordered a veggie bowl, but noticed pieces of meat mixed in with the fajita veggies. That’s really concerning, especially for someone who doesn’t eat meat. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless. I hope they improve their attention to customers and food handling. WORST STAFF!!!!!!

    I ordered online to pick up in the drive thru, I had a reward for Guac and the app would not let me add it to my order. I asked the employee to scan it and she said you need to come in. I go in and stand in line and I’m told I have to spend a minimum of $6.00 to get the guac when I just spent $13.00 with my order through the chipotle lane. The employee asked the manager who would not honor my reward. If I could I would’ve given them zero stars. Poor customer service.
