  I’m only writing a review because this is probably the 5th time I make an online order and the bowl is incorrect… 🙃 I live 15 mins away and need to get back to work so to drive back and get the issue fixed is an inconvenience. I hope they have a team meeting on making sure online orders are completed correctly.

  food is good but takes absolutely way too long in digital pick up. sat there for 20 minutes behind a car. the least they could do is pull they car forward for the others behind them who’s orders are finished

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experiences with the Chipotle in Forney, Texas have been consistently disappointing and always horrible for delivery orders. If you place an order through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or another delivery service, don't expect the same level of care that you would receive ordering in person. It feels as though online orders are assembled with little attention to accuracy because the customer isn't standing there to verify the order. Missing ingredients, incorrect portions, and incomplete orders have become far too common. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there is virtually no way to resolve the issue. The restaurant does not accept phone calls, making it impossible to speak with a manager or anyone at the location when there is a problem. If your order arrives incorrect, there is no immediate way to have it corrected or even discuss the issue with the restaurant. The entire purpose of paying for delivery is convenience. Customers choose delivery because they don't want to drive to the restaurant, wait in line, and bring the food home themselves. When an order arrives wrong, being forced to return to the restaurant in person completely defeats the purpose of using a delivery service. Customer service shouldn't end the moment the food leaves the restaurant. Online orders deserve the same care, accuracy, and accountability as orders placed in person. Until Chipotle addresses both the quality of its delivery orders and the lack of any meaningful way to resolve problems, I cannot recommend this location.

  This place is awful I ordered online today and picked up. We got a barbacoa burrito and when I tell you it had 1 strip thin line of barbacoa! Like literally we had a burrito with rice, beans and guacamole!!! We paid $16 for no meat. This ridiculous! Called the store to complain and keep getting a machine saying store employees unavailable. Never again. We just moved to Forney and man the fast food places suck here! One more to add to the list.

  I have been to many restaurants and other places this is the first time that I see 100% of the employees smiling and greeting people with a big smile the crew is very funny and the environment is very friendly they allow you to eat your food with a big smile. Everything in this world is energy and vibe so with the good energy and good vibe that you receive from those employees you eat your food while happy.
