  Tried to order for the first time on DoorDash, my order was stolen, went to cava personally to pick my order up and was told by the manager “ take it up with DoorDash they are not remaking my order although I did not receive it) poor customer service, as a manager myself not the way to fix a situation.

  Came in with someone else to order and was greeted with such kind and wonderful energy from April. Even when the food is good, I have sometimes vowed to never patronize an establishment due to poor customer service but it was not to the case here….Great food and the customer service was top tier! Thanks April for helping to create such a pleasant experience!

  April greeted us as soon as we entered even while she was having a conversation with another person. She gave us a wonderful experience before she started making our food she went to wash her hands. Normally the guy on the line has an attitude which made us not want to go much. But with her good experience start to finish.

  My fiancé and I recently visited Cove, and our server, April, was absolutely amazing! She provided exceptional service, was attentive, friendly, and made our entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Normally, when we visit, we haven’t always received the warmest welcome and have sometimes been greeted with a bit of an attitude. However, April completely changed that experience. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with such a warm and welcoming spirit that immediately made us feel comfortable and valued. I’ve been here several times before, and I can honestly say that April’s service stood out above my previous experiences. She truly made us feel welcomed and appreciated, and because of her, I’m definitely looking forward to coming back again. Thank you, April, for making our experience awesome! Your kindness, positive attitude, and exceptional service did not go unnoticed. You’re truly an asset, and we appreciate you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Allison is a big part of my great experiences at this CAVA Forney location. She is incredibly helpful, always willing to answer any questions, and consistently provides excellent customer service. Her positive attitude and attentiveness really stand out. Every visit is enjoyable when I have the opportunity to interact with her. Allison truly goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued!
