- RKRitta KMay 13, 20265.0I placed an order through the drive thru. I received great customer service. I pulled off and realized I was missing a breakfast sandwich. I went back immediately told them and continued to receive great service. They didn’t have an attitude they took accountability and provided me with a hot sandwich. We need more customer service like this

When I brought the issue to the manager, Sarita, instead of addressing the concern professionally, she became argumentative and defended the employee without trying to resolve the situation. A manager should focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving, not escalate the situation. Because of this experience, I left without even getting my breakfast. Very disappointing, and I would not recommend this location.😡😡

I thought maybe the fries had spilled out into the bag, but nope; no bagged fries. Even my drink wasn't filled all way up. I don't expect drinks to be filled to the rim, because I know thhis causes it to spill over the lid and you can't put the lid on properly, but I wasn't expecting the one inch gap in my drink either. For what I paid, I did not receive my money's worth and I am very unhappy. The nuggets were lukewarm instead of hot and the only thing which was correct was the sauce I asked for. I've given this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt to many times and now I'm done doing that; which is why I'm giving this review now. I'm highly disappointed.
