I wanted to eat the Pizza while I was watching the NBA game today. I wanted to eat the Pizza while I was watching the NBA western conference finals. A guy takes my order and my credit card information. Then later calls back and tells me he only has one driver. As a result, the delivery will be delayed an hour and a half. I call back after two hours and a lady picks up the phone. She tells me she doesn't deliver in my area. I tell her someone already took my credit card information and took the order. She said that the order was transferred to the Rendon Crawley location. Then, she told me to hold on. But transferred me over to a survey. After the survey the computer hung up. I called the Rending Crawley, location, domino's pizza. And they said no such order was transferred to them. Then, they also said that they don't take orders either from my location. I find it to be odd because the forest hill location used to be my location. Now, there is none in my location. When the lady from the forest hill location told me that the order was transferred. I asked her why this wasn't relayed to me directly? No one let me know anything. I call rending crawley back and she said that it shouldn't have happened that I should make a formal complaint. That part was hard too because I got botted to death with the run around. I call Forrest hill back to cancel my order Only to find out that my order was already canceled without my knowledge. So I would have been just waiting three or four hours for a pizza. That was never going to come. Great service Dominos!
