Mr. Aldo (apparently the supervisor on duty at around 10:30 PM) made racist comments and created a hostile situation.
I was standing next to my boyfriend the entire time. After waiting more than 30 minutes for our drive-thru order, we simply asked how much longer it would take. Instead of helping us, he came outside acting aggressively, threatened us, and insulted us. Another employee had to step in, calm him down, and apologize.
He later came back outside, said we were probably upset because Mexico had lost, called us “losers,” and when we said we would report him, he mocked us with an “I’m so scared” gesture.
No customer should ever be treated this way. I hope management reviews the security camera footage and takes appropriate action.
Mr. Aldo comments were racist and completely unacceptable.

By far the worst Whataburger experience I’ve ever had. Management should review the security cameras and take this complaint seriously.
They were awesome! I barely got there before 11am, but wanted taquitos. They were gracious about it and were very kind. They met my bird, Baby, and made sure I left with extra picante sauce. It was my first time at this location, and won't be my last! Two thumbs up! 👍👍

first time trying out the new whataburger. even drove further to try it out compared to the lewisville and highland village locations. got only a large french fry for $4 and they don't bother to fill up the cup and give me the worst soggy fries i've ever been given. we won't be back
I placed a curbside order on 6/13 and was shorted a chicken tender from my 3-piece order. When I returned to the restaurant to let them know, I was told to pull around and wait. During the interaction, I felt as though I was being treated like I was being dishonest about the missing item, despite having paid for it and simply wanting the food I ordered. The staff’s attitude and lack of professionalism made the situation even more frustrating.
After finally receiving the missing tender, I discovered mold on my child’s burger bun. Because of this, I did not feel comfortable allowing my child to eat the burger. Finding mold on food being served to customers is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food quality and safety.
Between being shorted food, the delay in correcting the order, the way the situation was handled by staff, and finding mold on the burger bun, this was an extremely disappointing experience. Do better!
