- KKKim2 days ago1.0Went in and talked to someone in the bakery about having a cake made. I submitted these pictures from the Tom Thumb website and asked for the 3D plastic graduation cap. We asked for Baylor colors (green & gold). When we arrived a week later to pick up the cake (the night before graduation), we were in complete shock as to what we received. Nothing like what we discussed. The baker had suggested making a diploma out of paper and adding it to the cake, which we thought was a lovely idea. At no point did we discuss hand-drawn elements. What even happened to the plastic graduation cap? She was holding it in her hand when we discussed it in person. They had them in the store. We have no idea what happened. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
- MSMafi Soprano2 days ago1.0Restroom is extremely dirty all the time, there is always toilet paper on the ground, toilet full of number twos, long strands of hair on the toilet, drops of urine on the toilet seat, it smells disgusting everytime I go in, the paper towel dispenser is hanging off of the wall. I mean this restroom is the dirtiest I've ever seen and smelled, and it's not just sometimes it's A L L the time. No cap. When you go to wash your hands and turn on the faucet, the faucet water explodes all over you. It's literally a science project in there. The seating area as well is always dirty too, tables very sticky, crumbs all over the tables, you can always see drink stains on the tables. I've held my tongue for too long, I can't take it anymore.

Upon closer inspection, the price was good until yesterday. After I told an employee, he said thanks sarcastically and did not even try to remove the label. An innocent mistake is fine but when you tell someone about misleading information and they do nothing about it then they are crooks. I'm happy to support local businesses with slightly higher prices but definitely not when it is done lime this.
