  The first time I thought was a fluke and give it one more chance, but they absolutely cannot get it right. Both times I have ordered, missing items, wrong items, undercooked food. Simple orders, but doesn't seem they can handle making even the quesadillas, they have come raw cheese, barely warm both times, missing sauce as well, thankfully doesn't make a danger of food illness with just that. This place feels hopeless, just move on and don't waste any time.

  I’ve have visited this location frequently. Twice I’ve put in an order online just to arrive at the store and the lights are on, but no one is working. Decided to give them a second chance last night, but I waited till I was at the restaurant to make sure someone’s working. I was glad to see that there were actually people inside working, but when I got to the window, the girl said that they were out of beef. This was around 11:00 pm Wednesday, May 6. They offered to substitute steak or chicken, which I had really prefer to have beef, but I went ahead and said steak. the girl left and then came back and said they can’t substitute steak because of an up charge. Instead of go through the whole ordeal, I said never mind, and the girl said to dispute the charge on the phone app. I then proceeded to the Taco Bell location on Main Street, which was properly staffed and gave a correct order.

  Worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I waited way longer than I should have while staff were standing around talking, and I watched multiple people get their food before me. While I was waiting, a worker dropped my burrito on the floor (I have a picture), which is completely unacceptable. When I finally got my food, it was made horribly barely any filling, mostly tortilla, and missing ingredients I always get at other locations. I ended up sitting in my car opening it and was honestly shocked at how bad it was. I don’t mind mistakes, but this was on another level. Between the wait, lack of attention, and how the food was handled and made, this location seriously needs to do better.

  I have to start by saying I'm very disappointed with tacobell and the staff, I came with the idea of ordering my favorite meal, I just wanted to order with the cashier and one of the employees from this tacobell was extremely rude and has no costumer service at all and I saw the manager walking around and not oce did she approach me to at least apologize I will be contacting corporate because if this is the way hat now every employee treats customers I DO NOT EVER WANT TO EAT HERE.
