  We ordered two teas and had about a 15 minute wait. We had to press the button and remind them we were still there after the screen said our drinks were on the way and we waited until the screen reverted to as if a new customer was there.

  This location needs more workers for summer. Can’t keep up with the volume. Won’t be our go to summer stop if we can’t rely on the timing of our food with all the summer camps we have. I had to leave my food and go pick up my kids because it still wasn’t ready ten minutes after the time it told me to pick up.

  3.70 for a soda water is ridiculous when every other location is 65 cents. Not very happy about paying for CO2. Wouldn't recommend if the franchise owner is that greedy.

  The customer service was unacceptable . The young lady on the speaker was very rude and had an unfriendly attitude. I am in the food industry so I can relate being in this position dealing with customers. However, my sisters and I are very polite and ordered in a well-mannered and nice tone. For the young lady on the speaker, that attitude was unnecessary.
