- APAlexandr PhilipAug 1, 20261.0I've been a regular at this HTeaO location, but a recent visit left a bad taste (no pun intended). I ordered a gallon of tea, and the staff member (Wyatt) pulled one from the shelf that was expiring the next day. When I asked for a fresher one, he seemed put off by the request and made comments about me to other staff instead of just addressing it. I get that everyone has an off day, but asking for a product that isn't about to expire is a reasonable request, and it shouldn't be met with attitude. I'd still like to give this location another shot in the future, and I'm hoping this gets flagged for some staff coaching on product rotation and customer interactions. I would love to see this addressed.
