This place was a far cry from its sister location in Frisco. When we came in the front desk staff originally told us the wait time was 15 minutes. Apparently there was another guest with the same first name and they confused him for me and sat his party first despite my family having been there longer. They failed to check the phone number associated with the reservation and confirm which guest was which. 45 minutes later with two very cranky children we were seated. Unfortunately they only had space outside and when asked if they could turn on the fan it was broken. We quickly received our chips and salsa but when requesting a spoon it took a good 10 to 15 minutes and multiple times requesting multiple different staff before we finally received it. The server that was handling our table unfortunately was not very observant. Came to our table multiple times but did not see that I was out of tea and had to grab his attention multiple times for various things. This location needs to take all of its staff and observe its sister location in Frisco to see how a Glorias needs to be run. What we had hoped was going to be a nice relaxing dinner ended up being a 2-hour stress-filled ordeal. Will not be coming back to this location.

We were regulars here until they stopped accepting to-go orders.

This is one of our favorite places to go, we’ve been regulars for years. Most of the staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Only complaint is how they will sometimes tweak a menu item, like their queso. One night it was a yellow queso with nothing in it, then the next back to their signature white queso. And now for some reason they have started dumping heaps more raw onion and cilantro into the queso unlike before and it’s almost inedible. You can’t eat the queso without getting punched in the face with the taste of onion. Why change what was a good thing? No consistency. Also you if you order beef fajitas, for example, you will get some of the most delicious beef BUT only one or two slivers of bell pepper. If you ask for more they only sometimes give it to you. You’ll get the entire onion though. And the quality of the meat isn’t always the best, every now and then it’s so fatty you can’t chew through it. Which is a shame because when it is a good quality cut the beef is, again, delicious. You go in not knowing if there is going to be consistency or quality to the things you like. To answer the restaurant: We often order for pick up, so by the time we get home we find the food to be this way. We have called ahead of time to ask if the queso, for instance, can be made without those new additions and we’re told by staff that it’s just how it comes. We have also asked to make sure there is more bell pepper with the fajitas when we call to order, and have only once had that request honored. Luckily, we have not had these problems when we have dined in person, or we would certainly talk to the manager. Thank you for responding!

Servers are always nice. The Carne Asada is insane, and then free bean dip so good I don’t order queso!

It’s my first time here. I love the ambience. I had the Carne Asada (medium rare), it was so tender and tasty, although a bit salty for me but the plantain and the yuca balanced it out. The portion is big. I like it that someone is always checking out if we need anything or just asking if everything is good. Axel did an excellent job serving us. The price is very reasonable. With the food that good it was well worth it. Highly recommend.
