Shout out to the two girls that didn’t just stare at me or leave me standing but asked if I needed anything. I told Kaleb that’s customer service. I know this fast food and customers can be a very the top but I want to take a moment and thank you all for the hard work done each day.

Absolutely ridiculous. To make it even better I went to give feedback on the app about my order, and when I told the person chatting with me what happened they just completely closed the conversation, twice! They didn’t try to offer my money back that I paid for the extra portion it anything just completely closed the conversation and acted like it didn’t even happen. Absolutely ridiculous.

When I came to talk to the serving team they dared to say that was impossible, one employee thought he would pressure me by saying that he was going to pull the security camera to prove I put that on my food and I challenged him to do it because I would be very glad and that's when another employee intervened offering a refund and saying that it was the maximum they could do at that time. Disgusting experience. Employees do not use facemask on this restaurant and the food is exposed to whatever come out of their mouth/nose.
