- KHkarson hassan6 days ago1.0I never leave reviews anywhere but this pissed me off so much i had to. I ordered online and got a burrito. i pick it up and notice they have not put my cheese or sour cream on my burrito but put them in containers. I take a bite and there is SO MUCH pico de gallo that i did not order. Then i tried to open the burrito to put in my cheese and sour cream since they didn’t. it was very poorly wrapped and i tried putting it back together but it all fell apart. Idk why in any world you wouldn’t put the whole burrito together (they put queso on it but wouldn’t put cheese or sour cream?). This was horrible and i ended up having to just open the burrito and eat out of it. Going to location in highland village never coming back here

I just wish it didn’t consistently have employees that sound like they’re annoyed I ordered from Chipotle. There is another location up towards Highland Village that is further away from my house yet I go to more often because the employees are a bit more personable.
- JHJonathan HAug 16, 20261.0Very poor customer service. Young lady working the line today at around 10:45-11 am needs a bit of coaching. Very aggressive, poor attitude, moving too quickly (the restaurant had just opened, not peak lunch/dinner hours with a big line), and seemed to not want to help what seemed like a new employee make her meal. It was so over the top that I can only assume something happened during opening/prep that upset her. If that’s the case, it would be good to ensure the customer-facing employee isn’t upset by the time the restaurant opens.
