    Every single time I have gone here I have had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The food itself was okay, but the customer service completely ruined the visit. The staff came across as rude and uninterested, barely acknowledging customers and responding with short, dismissive answers when asked simple questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing them just by placing an order. There was no effort to be polite or welcoming, and the overall attitude made the environment uncomfortable. Customer service is a big part of any dining experience, and unfortunately, this location fell far short. I hope management takes steps to improve staff training and emphasizes basic courtesy, because this kind of behavior will definitely keep customers from coming back.

    I am sorry but someone need to get this little girl Destiny Rivera out this restaurant, she is out of control and very disrespectful. I came there 2 months ago and was buying lunch for my employees, I asked to separate the sauce she got so pissed off and started having an attitude with me, since is is calling herself the big boss so they won't do it, then she snatched my bag and put the food in the trash and refused to refund me my money. I had to call the police they made her give me back my money, and they told me this month 3 people had to call 911?at this location. I forgot completely today I walked in there and I didn't see her when I started placing my order she told them not to serve me. Now it's too late to drop my son his lunch if I had known, I could went to a different place. Please get this ignorant girl out of this place because people don't have time to play games and you are loosing a lots of businesses. I Dont like drama and I just want you to be aware of what is going on. Good luck 👍

    I went in today to get my online order as soon as I walked in I was met with “our system is down. Sorry have a good day.” As I continued to the table that all of the employees were sitting at, I asked about an online order that I was already charged for. Her response was “you must have ordered it from another location I have had no orders come through.” I proceeded to open my app and read the address of the location. She did confirm that it was the correct location, but she hadn’t gotten any orders so advised me to reach out to 800 chipotle. At that time, I asked her if I would just be able to come back a little later and pick up my food. She told me with an attitude. I can’t make any promises for later and again just advised me to call 800 chipotle. She then proceeded to tell me that she also has to call 800 Chipotle and has been on hold for an hour and a half. I responded by asking if I would have to be on hold for an hour and a half as well and her response was telling me that she has no clue how long I would have to hold on. I began to walk away, and she cursed at me in front of all of the employees in the building when I turned around and asked what she said, she repeated it even louder and then just started screaming “have a good day” over and over and over I am absolutely appalled at the customer service that I have received from this location I will never be back and I will make sure everybody that I know is aware of the customer service that this location provides.

    I just went to hv dinner and it got spoiled just because of the behaviour of your employee, it was not at all rush but the way she was in rush and so her attitude seems like no manners no etiquette’s how to talk to customers, I was so polite to her and in start only she started showing her attitude, really felt disrespectful, also I was not even staring her but she said that why you are staring, she used the word “bullshit” and when I asked her did you use this word she said no, how can someone say this, really bad experience today was my birthday she spoiled, all tacos were leaking seems like I came to have charity, I will suggest no one should visit here, we are paying not for anyone’s attitude but for food.Its not fake review, I added the photo of bill
