- LRLocal ReviewerJul 10, 20265.0Not sure if management has changed recently, but I’ve had two very good experiences at this location, which wasn’t the case a year ago. The general manager was closely involved with all staff, who were friendly, well trained and on top of hygiene like regularly checking temps for all of the food. They accommodated my gluten allergy better than almost every restaurant we’ve visited in the area - the entire line stops, they change gloves, sanitize their hands, change the spoons to avoid cross contamination, and got me fresh cheese and lettuce since that would’ve been cross contaminated. Their staff is highly knowledgeable and so kind in the process. I see the reviews about the place being dirty, but I haven’t seen that the two times I’ve gone in around lunch. If anything, this is one of the cleanest chipotles I’ve actually seen. Again, not sure if they’ve had management changes to fix this, but I had a great experience here. Kudos to their team for turning things around.

Your drinks were just as dirty. After I got my bowl to leave I got in my car and started to eat. The chips are so stale that I literally can’t eat them. My dinner was $22. I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I’ll be back to another chipotle
