- CIColton Ice5 days ago1.0I love chipotle. I feel like this location used to be better. Now everytime I come the front of house is gross and not cleaned. The past 5 times I have been here they have messed up my order. (I order online and take home) I have submitted my messed up order every time and received a free entree. They have given me the wrong protein every single time, add extra food items I didn’t ask for, and the last two times my bowl was only half filled. This place has really gone down hill.

We ordered the new chicken for the kids’ meals, and it came out burnt and over seasoned. It also didn’t include the sauce we asked for and paid extra for. The kids wouldn’t even eat it, very disappointing.

- SYSristi YadavApr 23, 20261.0It was pathetic and worst experience I have ever experienced, really disappointing service, you have great attitude employees who doesn’t know how to talk to the customer, I know she will give lot of excuses to you but believe me this is the reason you hv 3 stars, I ordered my meal and it was some mistake but then also I didnt say her anything but the way she snatched the meal from her colleague, I kept my hand on glass she said so rudely remove your hand, then also I didnt say her anything and she used the word “Bullshit”, I asked her why you said bullshit, rudely she said no I didn’t but yes she did, the best part was I was not staring her but she said Why r u staring at me, and started arguing with my husband, I will suggest no one should go here, we are paying for food, you not offering charity, worst chipotle service I hv ever got
