Also, that charge is still sitting there pending! Normally I get curbside, which they do very well.But I just got out of the hospital/ acute rehab after nearly 4 months so tried the delivery. Never again. When I called to complain, apparently this location has a consistent problem with delivery. So don't offer it! Plus a pending charge still sitting on my account today. No apologies either from their central number. I expect more from you, HEB. (Walmart however did a wonderful delivery today.)

One of the bags they overfilled and it busted open leaving stuff everywhere all over my car a bag of laundry detergent that I bought they just threw in there they didn't even put it in a HB bag it got a hole in it and now that powder is all over my car I have to go clean it up also a Tide liquid laundry detergent that we bought is missing like a quarter of its laundry detergent I don't know where that went this was just a huge mess that they did tonight and it's not okay H-E-B needs to do better than this that's absolutely ridiculous 💯💯 will post pictures as well

If things your first time note the layout was either designed by a psychotic maze master or Mrs. Johnson’s First Grade class so back and forth shopping is a must. Sure, the app helps but not much. You’ll still have to navigate your fellow shoppers who are also searching the isle for their items. I. Won’t. Be. Back. I’ll stay in La Vernia’s thank you.
