I rarely ask employees for help, but when I finally did, he made a sarcastic comment that left me feeling like I was being made fun of for asking a simple question. I left feeling embarrassed, and that’s not how anyone should feel after asking for assistance. A little patience and kindness can go a long way in customer service.
