My friend and I will definitely be coming back soon. The atmosphere was everything and the workers were so nice they even gave me a free cookie. I’m going back for seconds.

You are simply a sandwich shop that your customers come in for convenience sake. There is nothing overly "special" about your brand. When a customer ask for bell peppers on a protein pocket, you don't tell him, "we're not allowed." Quit being cheap. There is absolutely no logical reason for being stingy and not giving someone some bell pepper. That was ridiculous. I hope saying, "no" was worth losing a customer who had been coming in regularly to give you business. I'm done.
