  Pizza Hut is gross. When I got my pizzas, they were dry and there wasn’t much sauce on the pizza as well. They were also cold…looked like the pizza were made and had been sitting out for awhile. The quality pizza of their is below average. You’d be better off making you own pizza tbh

  This Pizza Hut is in my area Ferris I would like to complain that they are rude. Hang up the phone and will not answer when you try to give a call back last time. My pizza was not well cooked and half the toppings were missing when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she would give me credit for the next time I come, but before I can talk to them about it and hang up the phone. I live in this area I think we need better service and some people need to be replaced.

  Worst pizza Hut ever at 6:20 I order a pizza and by 6:45 I still didn't have my pizza I waited 30mi utrs for this damn pizza very unsatisfied and I go in to see what's taking for ever first the girl said it's in the oven still so I wait some more then go in mad and furious and she said it's still in the oven another employee helps me and it was ready this whole time like what the hell get it together. Pizza Hut and not once did I get offer a discount or a beverage for waiting so long. Also I was in the Drive-Thru they told me to park on the curb cuz it's still going to take a while. Next time I am just going to stay there and wait till my food's ready. This is unacceptable

  Food was garbage I took one bite off of it and almost passed out.
