  The woman’s bathroom was nasty , the tables were dirty, the black lady that took our order was rude. She acted like she did not want to be there. I will not be back!!

  It was ok until one of the employees started spraying the windows with something in an aerosol can! I had to run out of there I couldn’t breathe then I smelled like that spray I thought aerosol spray was banned

  I was in line for the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting while 2 other cars passed me. Then it took another 20 minutes to get my food while 4 other cars got there food before me and when I did get my food I was missing a sandwich. NEVER COMING BACK.

  The establishment is nicely clean but the only person I’ve seen working is Emily on front counter because she is always smiling when I come here but when I go through drive thru my food isn’t right then when I go to talk to them the managers I normally see on there phones doing nothing and they don’t even give their workers breaks I’ve only seen the managers go on break while the employees don’t and most the time the employees seem to be really tired and overworked and I’ve started to realize the only person I ever see in the front of the restaurant cleaning or doing anything is Emily because she actually seems to do her job I never see a manager help and I can’t believe I’m saying this but the managers at the Royse City McDonald’s are more helpful with their employees and restaurant cleaning or cooking then the managers at this whataburger and hurts my soul to say this but in only go to that whataburger to see Emily because she always makes me happy when I go there while every other worker there doesn’t seem happy or anything so I’m basically typing this to say give your workers breaks and actually learn to manage your restaurant instead of just sitting and hiding somewhere

  There hasn't been a single time that I've been to this Whataburger and my order has been correct. Something is always either missing or wrong. One time they gave us someone else's order, took it back from us, and gave it to them. Unsanitary and unsafe!! Service isn't necessarily slow but the people providing it are 🫩 Ima come back though bc it's the closest Whataburger to me, I'm rlly js mad they forgot my gravy 😔💔
