  This place has declined so much over the last few months. The quality is now terrible. My last 3 orders have been undercooked or burnt. The last order before this one was literally torn up burnt pizza and they only had 1 person on staff. They barely put cheese on them and barely put on toppings that you pay extra for. This was supposed to have sausage and it barely does. The pan pizzas are supposed to be crispy on the bottom. They're pale and undercooked and mine have been soft and soggy. Im tired of coming home and having to finish cooking my food. 👎🏽

  I’ve been a Domino’s customer for over 30 years and have never had an issue with pizza quality until last week. I ordered two different pizzas, and unfortunately both of them had raw dough in the middle. They were undercooked and we couldn’t eat them. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but this was very disappointing. I’ve always trusted the quality before, so I hope this was just a one-time issue. I wanted to bring it to your attention so it can be addressed. 🍕

  Ordered pizza at 9:30 PM and didn’t get it until 12:30 AM. The delivery driver didn’t get it the right house so he left and went back to the storefront. We called and spoke to Sasha/Tasha who had an attitude. She said she was the manager but if she is… that’s a problem. She needs to work on customer service. We called to ask about the pizza status and she said it was on its way and it was already 1.5 hours. We called again and she try to accuse us for either a wrong address or that we didn’t pick up our phone. She even said the driver came to our house and we didn’t have a house number… we do. We told her that we have a camera in the front and if the delivery person did come it would be on camera which he didn’t come to our resident. When I called the storefront, I called with my personal cell which was on the order but no one picked up. I had to use my husband’s phone to call and then the lady picked up. Sounds pretty fishy. Anyways, just need to work on customer service even if it’s a simple I apologize for the delay instead of blaming the customer. I have a new born or else I would’ve went to pick up the pizza. Instead, we already added a 15 dollar delivery tip when ordering and then had to pay 20 dollars extra to tip the driver to come back to deliver the pizza. This is just ridiculous to have to pay 35 dollars extra tip for two pizza just so the delivery person can come do their job.

  Best pizza ever and they don't skimp on toppings Went here again last week and it was terrible. I guess it depends who makes your pizza.
