  I was at this location and ordered a Cheeseburger with mustard, mayonnaise and ketchup with everything thing on it and a small fries. When I get my order it was a little of fries with salt and my Cheeseburger was Sloppy I lost my appetite and requested a refund I spoke with a young manager and he couldn’t give me a number he said he could give me the owner because it’s franchise, this is unacceptable for him to have these young people working in here that don’t follow instructions that’s handling customers food!!! They need to do better.

  Awful. Service was awful. Kid was more concerned about his own drink mixing. Then didn’t get drinks for quite awhile. On top of that they rushed us to get our food and leave in the drive thru. Get home (5 minutes away), burger was cold, and the bun very hard, fries cold. But hey at least everyone in there had a great time talking to each other instead of being focused on working.

  Car hop was nice. Took nearly 30 minutes to get our food, and it was luke warm, and it was messed up, one of our orders was wrong but we had been up there for so long we just left.

  After the foot ice incident (a high school student was putting their barefeet in the ice) a few years, we haven't eaten at this location. It takes a while to regain trust. The food quality is beyond lacking. From drinks not fully filled, to burnt meat on burgers, and chili, cheese tots with hardly any chili or cheese, I wouldn't waste your money here. It looks like nothing has changed.
