I placed order online and when i got there my food was stolen and someone else took it. No customer service! I tried to call them and notify at the pickup location but no response. These dont care and no refund. If there was negative reviews, i would definitely give them -5 stars!!!

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mad Dogs & Burgers in DFW for their incredible customer service! I placed an online order at one of their Houston locations by mistake, and unfortunately we weren’t able to get in touch with that location to cancel the order. The DFW location was so understanding and went completely above and beyond to help us out. They actually provided us the food we had ordered even though the issue wasn’t their fault at all! The food was great, but what really stood out to me was the kindness and willingness to help. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and I truly appreciate them taking care of us when they absolutely didn’t have to. Thank you, Mad Dogs & Burgers DFW, for going above and beyond! You definitely earned a 5-star review from me, and I’ll be back when we are in town!❤️🌭🍔

As others have said, it was a long wait time for the food. I assume this is because their location is a cook it yourself kitchen place, so i think when they get the notice, they then drive to the kitchen and cook the order. The burgers were on the small side though pretty good. Maybe half more bigger than white castle, which is what they tasted like as they steamed in the box and due to the onions on them. The fries are atrocious. They remind me of those cheap highschool fries. Terrible. And they were cold as well, which is weird as they were next to the slightly warm burger in the box container. Its not worth the money, and I would have been really upset if Uber hadn't had a buy one get one free for both the burger and fries.

Unfortunately not the best first impression We ordered the bundle that includes 2 mad dogs, 2 double smash burgers and large fries. The hot dogs, while generously covered in sauces, had a very odd taste to them that’s hard to explain. The smash burgers were unseasoned, with the only ‘flavor’ being the cheese. Lastly the fries were definitely a mix of old fries and somewhat new fries, unseasoned and some with an odd taste/almost smoke like Just a note for others that are curious, this is a ghost kitchen- meaning, you can either order online for pickup/delivery or at the kiosk and pickup from their food lockers- this is not a sit down restaurant
