For the price, the portions were very disappointing. If customers are paying this much, they should receive a full serving of protein. Definitely not worth the money.

I got a bowl today I ordered only steak rice lettuce and queso and I found some corn , 1 beans and chicken?????? Out of no where, and their steak is always hard , i even found a bone in it. I can say they do not care. Don't go to this specific place if your allergic to any of the foods here, they will find a way to add it in your bowl lol.

Do not go to this location if you want your food how you ordered it. In person they are light on the protein and refuse customers when they ask for “a little more” like the CEO said to do. Online is the worst every time. I just got my order with two little chunks of chicken and they “forgot” the beans and veggies and salsa all together. If you dont want to do the job right or give good customer service, just do us all a favor and close the location. If you go here do NOT go with high expectations. Be mentally ready for mediocrity.
- JCJose Hernandez De la CruzJun 11, 20261.0Went for a BOGO on June 11 and I am not going to lie, and I asked for a bowl and I do not want to type this but I only got half my bowl filled up, and when I asked for a little more not extra, they told me it was going to be extra charged, I was just confused so I just took it as is because I was not complaining about free food. At the very end I was then charged for the bowl and then when I tried to explain for myself, they just ignored my request, so I just paid and left. Never going back there again.
