  I order from here all the time but today made me decide i won’t ever eat chipotle again. Especially not from this restaurant. This has never ever happened to me before. I obviously didn’t eat my food and i called chipotle to see what they can do for my money back or something and they said i have to wait 24 hours for a resolution. Trying to figure out why i have to wait 24 hours when i wasted my money on food im not gonna eat and now i have to spend about 25 more dollars to get me sole food that is actually eatable. This is trifling. I thought it was my hair at first but no its not my hair is a very light brown and the hair in my food was red and black not to mention there were also little hair that resembles hair from a mans beard or mustache per say but its truly disgusting i didnt even take one bite. I had hair on the bowl and in the top of the foil as well which is so disgusting. You guys need to take better care of customers food because im an heavy chipotle lover and buy from this place ofter but they just lost a loyal customer over a BIG mistake that shouldnt have happened to me. Now i gotta order me another meal from some where else while i havent even received my 23 dollar refund. Also it really sucks cause I used the free double protein today and it went to waste.

  There was a mechanical issue, which can happen sometimes, and they couldn’t complete my order. The lady behind the counter was gracious and very helpful.

  THE BEST CHIPOTLE IN THE NATION!!!!!! Big Shouts to Abby, Alondra, Edwin and the rest of this remarkable staff!!! Always consistently great food, incredibly kind staff and just always good vibes every single time I come into this location. I tell EVERYONE how great this location is (not just because it's 5 minutes from my office) it is truly second to none, and I go to Chipotle's all over the country. If you're in the metroplex certainly come visit the Farmer's Branch location and experience the BEST !!!

  I go to Chipotle a lot. Some don't season their chicken enough. This place always has tasty chicken, and there's a guy that works there that's always super friendly. He has a beard. I would guess he's in his late 20s to early 30s. Once when we were there he told me he played Arkham Knight recently. Hope someone sees this and tells him he's doing a great job.
