My favorite has always been the crispy tacos. Today's experience was the worst I have ever had. I asked for the tacos without lettuce. They arrived as ordered, however when I picked up the taco it broke under the pressure of all the grease and meat. I appreciate the fact they filled the taco, however the tacos were swimming in the grease that covered the bottom of the paper boat. Not to mention the fact that the taco was barely warm! I did speak with the manager. I asked if I could get a hungerbuster jr instead, and she willingly obliged. The burger was ok. When I finished my burger, I went to the counter to get a small cone. The manager assisted me, and made small chit-chat. When she brought me my cone she made a lame attempt at making up for the mess up and handed me a kiddie size cone along with my small cone. I feel if she wanted to make it up to me, she should have comped my small cone. I made contact with their corporate headquarters. Not sure anything will be done, but I definitely felt the manager could have been more accommodating.
