Danielle was amazing. She made sure that all of our needs were met without having to ask. Danielle did a great job explaining everything on the menu and answering any questions that we may have had about any of the courses/entrees. She was very attentive to our needs and never failed to exceed any of our expectations. Because of Danielle we will be coming back and recommending Neon Cactus to everyone we know. It was our first time and Danielle made it an unforgettable experience.

My friends, my mom, and I had such a great experience at Neon Cactus! From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and friendly. The host gave us excellent recommendations for both the drinks and the food, and every suggestion was spot on.
The birria was absolutely delicious, and my mom’s steak fajitas were amazing. I still dream of that garlic butter they were topped with… We also finished with the churros, and they were the perfect ending to the meal!
The atmosphere was fun and lively, and the service from start to finish was top-notch. It’s not often you find a place with great food, great drinks, and outstanding hospitality all in one. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend Neon Cactus to anyone looking for a fantastic night out!
Found this spot when looking for a place that serves anything birria.
Food: Phenomenal. Definitely worth every penny.
Service: Our server was Terry. He was awesome. He cared about his work, and was super attentive.
Environment: It has a beautiful Mexican inspired decor. The inside has been decorated with

We stopped in today from shopping as our friends that live in the area have spoken highly about Neon Cactus. It was our first time to visit. We had planned on stopping by to have one drink to check out the restaurant until we met Sydney, the bartender. She was so amazingly nice and made us the best margaritas. She told us all about the awesome food. We weren’t planning on eating but after her recommendations decided to try the chicken flautas. They were amazing. The food and drinks were great but Sydney truly made it a fun experience so we just had to share.
Me and my two friends went there for lunch, and at first everything was great. An older white lady was helping us, and she was very friendly throughout our meal. The problem started when it was time to pay. Since we’re all students, I didn’t leave a tip. She immediately said, “No tip? That’s crazy. I helped you a lot.” It was really uncomfortable because tipping is optional, not mandatory. After she said that, one of my friends felt pressured and ended up leaving her a tip. Another one of my friends paid with cash, and she didn’t even give him all of his change back. Then she started saying things like, “I have to pay for your mojito,” and “I have kids to take care of,” as if we were responsible for her situation. After that, her attitude completely changed. She became rude and was giving us attitude for the rest of the interaction. What made it even more disappointing is that this wasn’t my first time there. I genuinely loved this place and had always enjoyed coming back. But after being pressured to tip and then treated poorly because we didn’t tip the way she wanted, I honestly don’t think any of us will be coming back!!
