Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. Our server Victor was very attentive and provided us with excellent care all afternoon. The good food and great hospitality from the staff gave us a wonderful experience on a very special day.

The staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind from the second we walked in. Even on a busy holiday, they got us seated quickly and made the experience feel effortless.The spicy margaritas were great and the fajitas were absolutely amazing as always. Huge thank you to the team at Gloria’s for making us feel so welcome. We’ll absolutely be back again asap.

From the moment we sat down, they were very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They made sure everything was perfect without being pushy, which I really appreciated. You can tell they actually care about their job and the customers. Our drinks and food came out on time, everything was correct, and they kept checking in just the right amount. Not too much, not too little — just perfect balance. What really stood out was their attitude. Super positive, respectful, and professional. It made the whole dining experience much more enjoyable. Honestly, service like this is rare these days. I would definitely come back and hope to be served by Tano again. Highly recommend!

She barked a few times at people who were passing by the restaurant. As soon as our food was served the manager let us know we had to leave because they couldn’t have the dog barking. We weren’t given an option to take her out or calm her down. Don’t bring your dogs to the patio here, they are not accepting of dogs.

We especially enjoyed our meal on May 1st when Nohemy was our waitress. She was so friendly and attentive and kind, especially to our 3 year old. We loved having her take care of us and will be requesting her as our waitress from now on. Thank you Nohemy!
