The service was adequate but not over the top. We felt a little crowded in the corner booth table. Food was good but depending on what you ordered. They have a good variety of salasa but chips were not fresh and real hard and thick. Just stay away from anything with cheese sauce it's not good. Fish dish was good and seems like every meal comes with a bland serving of rice.

First time ever eating at Gloria’s in Fairview this past Sunday, we took leftovers home and found a piece of glass in a tamal. My wife got hurt while taking the first bite out of the tamal. Reached out to the restaurant, not much of a help, they said they were going to investigate, 3 days later nothing. We tried corporate office, two different phone numbers, voice mail box full. We will never return to this restaurant. Debut y despedida.

Have not been here or any Gloria's in years. Still excellent. We had the ceviche trio, quail and guacamole. The black bean dip for chips, I love it. After 13 years of not living in the area. I am grateful to report the food is great as always.

Used to be my go to for chicken fajitas. They have raised the price on the fajitas (for 2) significantly and the quality has fallen. On our last visit 10 days ago, the chicken was dry and the dish was definitely overcooked, charred black on the bottom. Also, there were hardly any bell peppers (again) on the platter. They now charge for addl peppers, which is ridiculous. On the plus side, the chips/salsa/rice were great in addition to the sodas. Our regular server, Nicole, was excellent as usual. I just didn't feel comfortable at the time bringing up the food issue & having the dish sent back. Will likely not return in the future. Nearly $40 now for a below average fajita dish just doesn't cut it.
