My family and I had the greatest customer service at the drive-through with Sienna. She is a fantastic employee and really cares about the customer. Sonic is very lucky to have her.

It's just ok. My sandwich was a little on the burnt side and there was next to no cheese in it. The jalapeño poppers were hot, so that was good. It's not a sonic that I would not come back to, however. One and done.

I love getting my drinks from the Fairfield Sonic because they always make it right! Other locations like Teague, Corsicana, and Mexia are okay, but Fairfield’s location is simply the best. Moreover, the service was amazing and the female employee was very friendly and welcoming. Also, I saw an employee or the manager putting up trash around the building. That just shows how much the staff cares about good customer service and has a strong work ethic. It is rare to see such dedication nowadays!! I will definitely be coming back!
