Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- PJPreston John4 days ago2.0Saturday July 4 at 12:30 am there is a white kid working that tried to charge me for catch-up an ranch after I just paid 16 dollars for a patty melt and fries no drink And then tried to charge me another 3.50 for a drink that absolutely came with my meal. And it wasn't busy at all tonight 2 cars in drive thru an no one in lobby 10 people working I'll quit eating a Whataburger period Just ask Arby's I haven't ate there in 10 year Not because of there food but because of poor customer service and stuff like charging for ranch

This incident occurred on 06/24/36, at approximately 2:30AM My party was forced to wait over thirty minutes for our food. While a delay is bad enough, what makes this situation completely egregious is that your staff gave absolutely zero communication, zero updates, and showed no professional urgency whatsoever. We were treated as if we were completely invisible.When we demanded answers regarding our missing food, the shift manager, Key, demonstrated a total lack of leadership and basic customer service. Instead of offering a sincere apology, validating our frustration, or trying to rectify the situation, Key acted completely indifferent and didn't care to say a single professional word to defuse the issue.Leaving paying customers stranded for more than half an hour without food—while the management team looks on with complete apathy—is a disgrace to the Whataburger brand.I expect a prompt response from corporate regarding how Key and this specific shift's staff will be reprimanded and retrained. Furthermore, because of this miserable experience, I am demanding a full refund for my order.I expect to be contacted immediately. Unsatisfactorily yours, Paying Customer.
