  Morning 🌄 everyone out there.. Here is my opinion About this location Ladie - name = Amberlee Work at this location.. I had being at almost all locations around the area .. And today this ladie I won't say is bad But she start yelling at me for no reason for asking ! to replace the beacon instead of the hash browns... The people that works here need to learn that being in this industry .. is all about customer service.. but her attitude was off ... I always take my crew to eat here.. for convenience but this morning I had a not very good experience... Breakfast Hours ....

  I’ve been coming to this location for years. The last year and a half though I have experienced nothing but trouble with my orders. We use the app which is simple enough, but once our food is dropped off to us and the employee runs back inside we then discovered that our order is either missing items or half ours and half someone else’s or completely someone else’s order. It’s a shame because I really love eating Whataburger food. And when they have their special shakes like the Dr Pepper shake for instance, it is really good.

  Want to take time to shout-out this Whataburger location. I stopped by for lunch on 4/22 and had the sweet and spicy burger combo. Whataburger never lets me down when I'm hankering for good fast food. HOWEVER, this review is for after the fact. Over the next few days and into the following week, I realized that anywhere I searched I could not find my wallet. As one does, I started retracing my steps by checking my credit card history. What's that? Why yes I WAS at Whataburger. So I gave them a call and it was very quickly answered by a man named Mike. After asking him if any wallets had been left, he checked the safes and saw nothing. He even called me back after double checking. He then spent time with me on the phone reviewing the security footage to see if he could tell if I had my wallet. I didn't ask for this, but he took it upon himself to do so. He was very thorough and very patient. As most stories go, I finally found my wallet safe in a bag I don't normally use. Still, shout out to Mike and his time he took to help a slightly absent-minded fellow with the compassion and patience that others should aspire to.

  last night I placed an order on the app and I meant to order at a different location. I went to the wrong location, waited about 20 minutes past my estimated arrival time before I looked at my app and realized I ordered at a different location. So I called this location to ask if it was too late to get my food, and they said I could still come got my food. What made this a 5 star experience is that it seems they remade my food because it wasn't soggy or cold in any way. it was warm and fresh. Thank you all for your kindness.
