  My family loves your bbq and staff are always super friendly. We are big fans of HEB grocery store. I don’t know who needs to read this but please please consider changing your ordering system for the drive thru bbq. The customer service is already excellent and I’m sure it would be consistent even if you allow your employees to take orders through a window versus making them suffer unnecessarily in 100 degree bipolar weather. I feel bad for Jim because our weather is miserable and they always have to run back and fourth to take payment and get the orders out. Thanks.

  A hidden gem! Delish BBQ, amazing live music, even a full bar. If you're wondering about the best way to get in there, go into the covered parking garage, and drive down one level. Plenty of parking there! Enjoying some delicious BBQ and excellent live music by Gritty Sunset. Find them anywhere you listen to music! You will not regret it. Tonight's event also supports a great cause, H.O.M.E. (Housing Opportunities for Musicians and Entertainers). A little hidden gem. Check it out!

  My wife and I decided to eat at The True BBQ in the Euless HEB store before doing our grocery shopping. It was a very pleasant experience. We ordered a turkey sandwich and a brisket sandwich with the fries. The food was excellent. An employee named Jimi was making the rounds being attentative to the diners needs. The atmosphere is comfortable and we both give the establishment a thumbs up. 👍

  Honestly they have this Korean barbecue stuff on the ribs which is the best I've ever had it gives you bread but it's not toasted the service is excellent and the meat that's on the loaded nachos melts in your mouth and it's so convenient if you like me you don't want to go shopping hungry it's a nice place to stop for a snack where to take home but it's definitely a place you need to stop and try in the H-E-B grocery store here in Euless

  Absolutely fantastic BBQ! The meat was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, and every side we tried was just as delicious. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. A special shoutout to Jimi, who made the whole experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. It's rare to find service that stands out this much, and Jimi definitely went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. If you're looking for amazing BBQ and outstanding customer service, this is the place to go. We'll definitely be back!
