  This was our first time experiencing The Reserve. Everything from the service, to the atmosphere, the food, the drinks were nothing short of AMAZING!!! I highly recommend giving them a try just based on the experience alone. Will for sure be one of my new faves!

  The food was really good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I also loved that they had the game on, which made for a fun dining experience. Unfortunately, the service completely changed the overall impression. Everything was going well until our waitress decided to sit and roll silverware instead of checking on her tables. Our check was printed at 8:18 PM, so it wasn't even close to closing time, and the restaurant wasn't busy. We didn't see her again until around 8:43 PM. During that time, I had to ask another employee for silverware so we could eat our dessert, ask someone else for a to-go box, and later ask another person for a bag. I hate having to do that because those employees have their own tables and responsibilities to manage. Sadly, we won't be back.

  The service was so good! Binju was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really made our experience even better. We also ordered the 20 Taco Tower, and it was absolutely delicious. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It was a great option for sharing, and everyone at the table enjoyed it. The food came out quickly, and everything was served hot and fresh. Overall, we had a great experience. The combination of excellent service and amazing food made our visit memorable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service.

  I live in Euless, I’ve been here several times over the past years. Early on Food was really good, drinks are great. My issue is that they still Have “Trompo Tacos” on the Menu when they don’t have that anymore they just have “Al-pastor.” Instead of the server mentioning that to me they brought out “Al-pastor,” they were cold and tortillas taste old. Seems to me quality has declined. Thats why it’s pretty empty there now compared to the past 2-3 years. Take my word for it, I was nice to them about it to change that on their Menu. I won’t be coming back here. Instead I’ll just enjoy Thirsty Lion or ZAAP kitchen next door.

  Samantha our server today was amazing! She welcomed us in with such a warm and welcoming smile and was attentive through & through. Honestly best experience I’ve had at the Reserve yet!
