We did not enjoy our first time at The Reserve.
- food wasn’t good, even the chips were stale and salsa bland.
- building warm inside, it’s 98 degrees today the garage windows were open
- no music playing except from a individual speaker, maybe at the kitchen or bar area
We spent over $100 on food for a family of four and were all disappointed. We will not be returning.
Shriya was my waitress. They brought us over one free dessert and then another. After paying the check, Shriya came back and said that the churros had to be paid for although we never ordered them. She had her manager come over and we explained the situation to him. He then proceeeded to take back the half eaten churros although the error was on his staff’s end. HORRIBLE customer service and never coming back.

Excellent service. Had live music. nice atmosphere. When paying your bill you need to ask for a printed itemized receipt. They use electronic pay devices. I ended up over tipping because we were in a group of 7 and they auto charged a 20 percent tip that I was not aware of and they did not advise me when paying. That was bad on the waitress part. I do not intend to ever go back. They also get their reviews by offering a free dessert for writing one.

For starters the ambience for this place is so pretty!! Very Instagram like location for nice photo ops! Our host Grette was so sweet and friendly. She was attentive to our needs and helped us with the menu selections and all. Food was amazing from entree to dessert. Fresh and yummy! Totally worth stopping by on the way or if you’re staying across the hotel like we did! Great selection overall would come back next time in town.

My partner in crime and I were meeting with a large group to celebrate birthdays. We had never been here before so we were excited for the experience.
Our server, Sadia P., got our drink orders pretty quickly. I had ordered a beer and a water. Nearly every other guest had waters, lemonades and horchata. Sadia never refilled any of the waters or ask if we wanted another round of drinks. The place was not very busy as there were many empty tables and servers just standing around.
Chips and salsa were delivered. The chips were stale and the salsa was ok. You have to ask for the spicy salsa, which I heard from my partner that it was really good.
The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I had ordered chicken enchiladas with red sauce, which came with rice and beans. The sauce was delicious and had a hint of heat. The corn tortillas were still hard and I had to use my knife to cut them into pieces. It was almost as if someone did not warm them properly. The chicken was a bit bland and I did not taste any seasoning. The rice and beans were ok.
My partner had chicken flautas and later at home told me she felt sick and thought the crema had went bad.
I was a bit disappointed with our experience. Because we were in a group, each check (and there were 5 of them) was charged 15%. Our server got nice tips for less than average service.
There were too many issues and I don’t think I would come back.
