It's taco bell; if you decide to go there then it's going to be good. If forced then probably maybe not.

One star. Before I even get into the review, I genuinely think the franchise owner needs to seriously reconsider the management at this location. After reading through the reviews from the last year, almost every complaint says the exact same thing: missing ingredients, incorrect orders, poor quality control, and management that either doesn’t notice or doesn’t care. At some point, that stops being an “employee mistake” problem and starts becoming a leadership problem. Honestly, this location doesn’t need another copy-and-paste apology response under bad reviews. It needs someone willing to come in, clean house, retrain the staff, enforce standards, and remind people that customers should actually receive the food they paid for. And quite frankly, I’d genuinely be willing to be the person to help fix that, because what’s happening at this location right now is not sustainable. NOW back to the review. This Taco Bell deserves an award for pure confidence because the level of audacity it takes to hand customers tortillas full of sour cream, lettuce, and disappointment while pretending there’s actual meat inside should honestly be studied. I ordered: - A Luxe Box with a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito (added beef + grilled), Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, and a Baja Blast - An additional Cheesy Gordita Crunch - A Grilled Cheese Burrito - And a Chicken Quesadilla Almost nothing had meat in it. The Chicken Quesadilla had basically no chicken. Both Gordita Crunches had maybe a spoonful of meat total, and one was literally padded with an extra shell like someone thought, “Maybe if we make it thicker they won’t notice there’s nothing in it.” The Grilled Cheese Burrito was basically cheese sauce, sour cream, and tortilla strips with a light garnish of disappointment. So I brought the food back because at that point it honestly felt insulting. The employee immediately offered to remake everything, handed me taco coupons, disappeared into the back, and when my boyfriend went back inside to grab the remake, the guy — who I’m assuming was the manager — basically threw the bag onto the counter like he was ending a WWE promo and walked away without saying a single word. And somehow the remake was even worse. The Chicken Quesadilla was never remade at all, so the “chicken” quesadilla remained a plain cheese quesadilla. The “Grilled Cheese Burrito” came back as a random beef-and-potato burrito with grilled cheese slapped on top of it. The Cheesy Bean & Rice Burrito from the Luxe Box came back with NO rice, NO beef, and wasn’t grilled. Instead it was just beans, nacho cheese, and sour cream melted together into a warm soup tube wrapped in a tortilla. Honestly impressive. Not in a good way. The pictures are attached because if I tried explaining this without proof, it would sound fake. At this point, the photos speak for themselves better than I ever could.

Absolutely amazing a young female was looking stressed I told her no worries take your time , I then proceeded to ask for her name and I think it was Alexa. All though there are a lot of negative reviews, the workers have a heart!

Every item had skimpy and weak portions. I know it’s a hard economy but if you can’t actually scoop out food than what’s the point of us paying for next to nothing? Crunchwrap burned to black with barely any ingredients in there. It shouldn’t be only lettuce Potatoes were old and crunchy in the griller. Cheese sauce jokingly less than halfway full Chips are stale as well You fools should close down if yall ain’t gonna actually try at anything
