    Deals are always good 👍, food is always as expected .. but today Mia was the Star 🌟 of the house. She had such a great attitude for her customers and even tho it was late she had a big welcoming smile 😃 Thanks Mia, wish every food stablishment had a person like you!

    I’m a doordash driver picking up a order This is now the 2nd review of this establishment within a week some things need and have to change Is everyone in this particular sonic evil and no hood customer service at all while demeanor is attitude driven !! The 1st incident was worker was rude about charging for a courtesy cup of water when it’s 90 degrees outside The 2nd incident is even worst Now a worker with a attitude completely yelled over the intercom and then proceeded to get sassy even more after I asked where my order was after 14mins of waiting for the order,i watched 2 cars leave before I even inquired about my order got sassy even more so when I go to approach place for a manager she has a sassy attitude too !! their rudeness from the worker to the manger unprofessional talking to customers without even asking the customer what happened just came out the facility hot and mad without even asking what happened This is too much for the same place within a week this can’t be so consequential that these workers are clearly in need of customer service training or a good night sleep from their attitudes and how they should treat people Manager didn’t apologize for her or her worker and she refused to give her name and her coworker names so that we can contact corporate number about their unprofessional and verbally abusive to the customer and then to add insult trying to get the customer locked up by falsely claiming to the police for them being rude and the customer saying that they were rude Somebody get corporate on the line and help this establishment staff customers service training When and how to identify the difference between a caring customers or irrational customers behavior This incident happened 05-01-2026 Friday at 4:20 to 6:21pm evening crew and manger shift needs a train class run then cameras back and get them in check

    Food was good. Service not so good. I tipped her and she didn't even say hello, thank you, or anything. She just looked at us and walked off.

    I had a really positive experience here. The team was attentive and thoughtful throughout our visit. When one of the items I chose was not available, the carhop personally came out to inform us and kindly asked what I would prefer instead. I truly appreciated that they took the time to communicate rather than making a substitute decision on their own. That level of care and consideration made the visit feel much more personal. Excellent service and definitely a five star experience.
