  I only order through the app. It’s easier for me tbh. My order is CORRECT EVERY TIME I order at this location. Other locations haven’t been as on point. Props to the staff. I appreciate their punctuality and always having a smile even if they are having a rough day. This sonic deserves props for how well they handle the app orders. Thank you.

  When asking for a combo, they will still charge each item al a carte with no option to substitute (sub). The food and service are great, but they charge way too much. I went to a different one, and for the samething I ordered at this one, the other was $4 cheaper.

  The Sonic at Glade & 360 in Euless is the only Sonic I will go to!! This Sonic is undoubtedly the best run establishment in the DFW area and it all starts with the GM Ashley. She makes sure to hire customer focused employees that are super friendly and focused on the customer. Thank you Ashley for running a great Sonic that I truly love to visit at least 3-5 times a week!!!!

  This is hands down the cleanest Sonic I have ever been to! Ashley, the manager, should seriously be the poster child for customer service. The food is always fresh, the staff is incredibly friendly, and they consistently go above and beyond. You can tell this location is well managed and that the team genuinely cares about their customers. Definitely one of the best Sonic locations I’ve been to!

  Terrible customer service from a supposedly store manager Ashley (at least that’s who I was told is the store manager)over pickles. This lady attempted to public humiliate me on top of threatening me. This is unacceptable and I’m appalled how this establishment allow a such person to be a manager who acts like a child with customers in the place. I told her grow up. She followed us to the car yelling and assuming to get our license to tell us to stay out and off the premises because I requested a receipt that she avoid med to give me several times and starting yelling it was about pickles. No, it was about the disrespect and not treating us a paying customers. On top of that, our entire order wrong due to her purposely ringing it in wrong. I ended my night with no food and deserves a refund. This awful and they should feel embarrassed of such behavior. If I could give 0 stars o would.
