  Frozen drinks should not be made until the estimated arrival time of the courier not 20 minutes prior. When I picked up Ubereats for a customer, the drink was melted and supposed manager (taller hispanic guy) refused to remake it. He also made an unprofessional statement about if the customer would have tipped well, I would have been there faster. It was a 10-15 minute drive from Bedford therefore it is not virtually possible to get their faster , no matter how much a person tips. No clue how food deliveries work and obviously values inventory from a frozen machine more than freshness and customer satisfaction at this location.

  Great service staff was professional and courageous!! Food wasn’t soaked in salt! Variety of items on the menu to chose from. Will be back!
