  By far the dirtiest Panera I have been to and I was spoken to firmly to pick up my order because the employee did not want to walk 10 extra steps to place my order on the pick up shelf like they're supposed to. The employees were super loud and chatting amongst themselves and treated Customers almost as if they were an inconvenience. I will not be coming here again.

  me and my bf love this place for one BUT. today i did a delivery and usually PMhrs , it’s like mm okay, and i like it. but today??!!? idk who is working in the back on the cold bar/salads and sandwich’s but please never fire them. my salad is FULL and cute. my sandwich is clean and put together as well. i am very pleased :)

  Food was okay, except bread bowls are a little stale and they don’t put enough dressing on the salads. Atmosphere on the other hand is very bad. Had an issue with my order and the manager Sierra was incredibly rude. Not only that but I witnessed her being rude and disrespectful toward her employees. Very unprofessional and made for an uncomfortable and hostile environment.

  For our 2 go order we ordered 2 pick 2s with Mediterranean veggie and tomato soup came home and they gave us 4 half sandwiches with no soups and two of the sandwiches had bacon on them. For our dine in order we ordered a bread bowl along with other items received everything and waited 15min to check in the bread bowl to be informed it wasn’t rung up. Went back and paid then once received they said we had to leave because they were closing in 5min. Will call for a refund and update if needed
