  I love this store is always clean and everything in their places and last time I went I was struggling with my groceries because I had it stroller and 2 kids and one cashier help me so nice of her, I told her she don't have to but she insist and it make my day 🥰 nice people.

  So, everything you've heard about HEB's selection and customer service is not only true - they may have been under selling it. I Legitimately felt as though the "partners" (read as: employees) confused my family and I for some celebrities. Z in the bakery offered our littlest a sample just for walking by. She then showed us the custom cakes and other confections- to the delight of my youngest girls. Mike talked us into wonderful slasa after getting generous samples. Lane up sold us to a whole extra rack of ribs just by being pleasant, talking to us like family , and just being a fairly hilarious guy. We are from Louisiana, but my wife loved the visit to your Euless store we are considering moving. No notes, HEB Euless! Don't change a thing.

  I went in today on Sunday, July 19 to find a birthday cake for my wife. I picked one out upon inspection. I realized that there are some issues with it your bakery team starting with Donna and finishing up Eliea Make sure that my wife’s birthday cake was perfect. This is the exact reason I drive to this location for any and all needs that I have from my house. Thank you bakery team you guys rock keep up the good work an awesome customer service.

  This location is fresh and new. Loaded with such a variety of options for almost everything that you can't help but spend a couple of hours going through it all. Everything is clean; floors shelves, etc... The isles are wide allowing for easy passing of carts, however, while I know restocking the shelves is imperative, the carts seem to be in every isle and they are quite in the way; maybe they should hold off the restocking during peak shopping times. The staff is friendly and accommodating, checking out with your goodies is relatively quick. You walk away pleased.

  The front line staff is polite and customer service oriented, but management communication and attitude needs improvement. I shop at this location quite a few times a month, and always appreciate the front-end employees. The cashiers, stockers, and BBQ crew are consistently friendly and hard-working. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing due to an interaction with management. I came in specifically for the Cajun boil since there were $1-off coupons displayed, but they were already sold out due to a large order. When I asked a manager, he focused more on pointing out his high status in the store rather than trying to find a helpful alternative or solution for a missing product. There is a fine line between taking pride in your job and coming across as patronizing. I feel bad for the floor staff because the management style here feels arrogant. H-E-B offers awesome quality products, still at the end of the day it all goes down on how you treat others. H-E-B leadership is missing the mark on this matter :(
