    My experience today seemed less like a staffing issue and more like a time-management and delegation issue. There were 4–5 employees working, yet the walk-up line grew to 7+ people while the drive-thru seemed to be completed while walk waited. I waited over 10 minutes for a simple coffee drink. I also had a hygiene concern when the drink stopper I requested was handed to me after being handled with fingers that had been touching other drinks. I hope management considers observing this location during peak and different shift hours, including unannounced visits. There seemed to be enough staff—the bigger issue appeared to be workflow, delegation, and efficiency.

    Prepare to spend 30+ minutes here every time you come no matter the time of day you get there. I was there today when they had 5 people inside. It still took an obscene amount of time. One girl came out, took the orders of 3 cars and went back in even though there were 4-5 more cars in line. When I got to the window, 4 of them were just in there standing around while one was barely making any drinks. It’s abysmal service every single time. If this wasn’t the only Dutch bros on my way I would NEVER come back here. Truly awful service, customer service, and all around experience. 12/10 don’t recommend.

    I love all Dutch Bros. Some make drinks slightly different but they are all great. This one particularly makes my drink perfectly.

    Well… I had initially given them a five star review because they were such awesome people and really really nice but after we got going, my son's hot chocolate taste like some sort of a weird cherry drink so not sure if they're not cleaning things out or what they're doing but I see why the other review says they don't know how to make drinks. Mine turned out wonderful but not so much on the hot chocolate so it was a waste of money.

    I stopped by for a late night coffee on 8/5/26 and Alyssa and Frankie were there to help me. Even though they were about to close they still made my coffee with a smile and went over and beyond with their customer service! These girls are ROCK! Thank you ladies! We will be back!
