  We are visiting from NY and we stopped by this D&B location for some quality time. Quality time it sure was as the bartender Gerrell took excellent care of us and his manager Adam made sure that the environment was hospitable.

  Excellent! 💯 love this place. We celebrated a birthday here and everyone and everything was wonderful from beginning to end the staff was super helpful and the service provided was great. Thank you for helping us make our baby’s day just that much more special 🙏🏽.

  Bartender served the 3 other patrons around me but just stared at me when I was waiting for a drink. Them other servers just walked by. Employees walking around with drinks but I can't get a damn water from the bartender. This place has been falling off and now it's dead. Used to bring the kids every major holiday. I'd rather go to the arcade in Lewisville with unlimited game play. Screw this establishment.

  Since my nephew and I were both in the mood for wings, we decided to head over to Dave & Buster's since it was within walking distance of where we were. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and shown to a booth near the bar. Although the restaurant was lively and a bit loud, it wasn't overwhelming—we were still able to enjoy our conversation. The entire place was busy, clean, and well organized. We were seated in Ms. Rashmi's section, and she turned out to be an outstanding server. She was sweet, kind, welcoming, soft-spoken, and had a genuinely warm smile that made us feel right at home. She started us off with waters, gave us plenty of time to look over the menu, and then came back to take our order without ever making us feel rushed. My nephew ordered the 10-piece Garlic Parmesan wings with bleu cheese dip for $10, while I went with the 10-piece Lemon Pepper Dry Rub wings, also for $10. When our food arrived, the wings were piping hot, perfectly crispy, and packed with flavor. They were seasoned just right, and we both really enjoyed our meal. This was only my second visit to this Dave & Buster's, and it certainly won't be my last. The delicious wings and the exceptional service from Ms. Rashmi made this a great experience. I look forward to coming back, and I hope she's our server again. If you stop by, I hope you're lucky enough to have her taking care of you too!
