Also for the veggies, there are obvious burnt onion and pepper alll over the metal plate, and the plate itself is so dirty that it covered with dirt and grease, they never clean it and just cook on top of that, this is insane. They definitely need a much better trainning of their ppl. there.

I hardly go here, so I need more than half a second to decide what I want. Also, why keep saying “is that it” over and over. That started after I picked my rice which makes no sense. Edit: followed the instructions given by chipotle response and no reply so Idk what the point of that was.

When I opened my bowl, it was not even half full with items. This location has been upsetting the last couple times I have gone.
