- KRKJ Ross4 days ago2.0I'll probably never go back to this location. The portion sizes are ridiculously small and I mean small in the sense THE VEGGIE portion was waaaaay more than the meat portion. I literally watch the employee half scoop the meat and I looked like is this a kids bowl portion....especially for $35 for 2 bowls OUTRAGEOUS!

I'm in line at the register getting ready to pay and she asks "Would you like anything else? Chips or drink?" I say "Sure, can I get a side tortilla please?" This girl literally says 😭: "you have to ask the guy that made the bowl for that" I ask her "sorry you want me to ask the guy that's next to you for a side tortilla?" And she replies "yea it's easier if you would've ordered it from the start" Wow . Are you serious? What kind of answer is that? (I didn't bother to ask the guy so I left with no tortilla) Even the guy who was making the bowls gave her a look. That's ridiculous. This was on 08/08/26 at 21:30

The order came around 7:45pm. When he went to eat it he complained about how spicy it was. On the packaging they put EFFF, Jake. And when we opened the burrito it was covered in Tabasco hot sauce. I know it’s not the uber driver we contacted him and tipped him 20 dollars. I personally don’t think 7pm is late to order Uber Eats. Just very unprofessional and sad that the employees here find it necessary to mess with peoples food.

Whoever was working that night (female) told him “we don’t have any hard shells left” when there were CLEARLY some tortillas ready to go. He then offered up to wait a few minutes if they needed to make more. She proceeds to say, “sorry we’re not going to make anymore.” (Cocky tone) Excuse me? How rude can you be. Probably won’t be back at that location with such unprofessional behavior. Hope your staff improves and gets a personality check.
