    Love how efficient you guys always are, but drive thru had no cars when I pulled up. You guys shouldn't have a young sweet girl outside in a 100° degree wheather. Its just not ok.

    Ordered food to-go, the said take a seat we will call your name, put 3 bags of food on the "online orders" shelf. 2 delivery drivers or online orders came up and got 2 bags that were put on the shelf after the first bag was placed. We continued to sit there and wait until finally an employee asked are yall waiting for an order (while we are sitting at the table closest to the to go order window. We stated yes and he said "oh its sitting right here" ON THE ONLINE ORDER SHELF! When they said they would call or name and never did. We did an in person order and watched 2 more orders come out and be addressed with the dashers standing near by. AND MY NAME WAS NEVER ANNOUNCED. On top of all that, the order was wrong and missing all the pickles that we ordered extra and just forgotten or dismissed. Absolutely not satisfied with all of this process.

    I’ve always been a big fan of Chick-fil-A, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I placed a delivery order and have been waiting for over an hour, yet my food still hasn’t arrived. According to the delivery driver, the restaurant said they couldn’t find my order, while on my end the app continued to show it as “in progress.” To make matters worse, I called the restaurant several times trying to get an update, but no one ever answered the phone. There was no way to speak with anyone or get the issue resolved. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. I expect much better from Chick-fil-A because they’re usually known for excellent service. Unfortunately, this particular location really let me down today.

    Food tastes great and the employees were friendly, but my son found a screw in his fries. I know it was a complete accident and it was probably just a loose screw from the bin they keep the fries in or a screw accidentally fell in the fry bin, but it was still kinda gross to find in our food and could have been harmful if a younger kiddo would have e found it.

    I am a regular customer and frequent mobile app user, and I have run into the same frustrating issue multiple times on Monday mornings. I place my order through the app, pay for my items, drive to the location, and am told upon arrival that my order cannot be fulfilled. This happened again today with two Cool Wraps. What makes this especially frustrating is the inconsistency. On some Mondays my order is ready with no problem, and other Mondays I am turned away with no warning. The app accepts payment either way and never indicates there is any issue. I only find out after I have already made the trip inside. A refund was issued today, which I appreciate, but a refund does not make up for the wasted time or the fact that this keeps happening. The app should not be allowing customers to pay for items a location cannot reliably fulfill. I hope this gets addressed at a store and corporate level because it is not a good experience for loyal customers.
