Since 1977, Bojangles has been serving boldly seasoned chicken, scratch-made biscuits, Legendary Iced Tea® and all the classic Southern fixin’s for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All your favorites are only a tap away with the Bojangles app, whether you’re craving chicken tenders, a chicken biscuit or a family meal with a whole lot of everything for everyone.
Yesterday I went to the establishment at approximately 9:30 p.m. I had just gotten off of a plane after a long delay. I hadn’t eaten dinner and was starving.
I was surprised to see how their whole system is automated. I ordered my food without difficulty and was quickly trying to add some ketchup to the container so I could eat some food while driving home.
A gentleman, I’m guessing the manager, stepped to the window and nicely told me I was “ruining his time” by sitting in the driveway. He wasn’t rude. He was quite courteous.
I’ve eaten at Bojangles every time I’ve traveled to South Carolina. This meal in comparison was horrible. The chicken was old as well as the fries. The homemade ranch was excellent. Unfortunately, this highlights how making our lives automated is ultimately ruining the quality of our food. Instead of focusing on doing everything very quickly, it would be nice if we took time to focus on doing things with great quality.

This was my first time at this location and was excited to try it. Wanted to see how different it was from Popeyes. The place looks moderately new and clean. Went inside because I thought it was a good idea and the drive thru was empty and so was the parking lot. To my surprise there were at least 10 people waiting for their order. I went up to the kiosk because no one was at the register. I order the typical chicken sandwich combo (large). I waited 25 mins for a simple combo and they didn't even give me my large fries. If I didn't remind the girl at the front of my order, who knows how long I would have been waiting. They ran out of large cups and gave me two regular. The person who was getting the food together had the biggest attitude and looked like she didn't want to be there (that seems to be a trend with many young fast food workers). There was another girl who had the drive thru headphones and she didn't seem interested in helping the other girl and kept talking to her while other girl was drowning in orders. They both didn't seem at all bothered with the amount of people who was waiting for their food. Both didn't see the haste in providing customers their orders. I heard a couple were waiting for biscuits and they told them 40 mins. Really, for biscuits?!?!?! There's a window where you can see them making them, but no one was there when I ordered. That person didn't show up until 15 mins of me waiting and I can see him rolling the dough. This was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! This location needs to have better management and fire workers who don't want to be there and the very least do their job (you can hate being there, just do your job!). If you like waiting for your order for a LONG time and hearing workers talk about their personal business, then this place is for you.

Food is great, service needs a lot of work. The app barely works and you cant use coupon codes in person or in the drive thru. When I went to pick up my food in the drive thru they told me I would have to come inside and wait (with a little attitude). What other fast food place makes you come inside to grab a pickup order? I cant even blame the workers because corporate clearly never put a system in place for this. They probably never imagined they'd have more than 2 people in line.
Cashier didnt say sorry for the wait or a simple "you're welcome" when I said thanks. Just walked off. Look at the service at canes/chickfila and compare it to what is going on here. Bojangles is light-years behind - which is sad because I really like the food. Prices are also absurd - I cant justify coming here unless its tender Tuesday and wont be back otherwise.

Today on April 28 of 2026 there was about two cars at this restaurant in the drive-through. They may have been about four employees that I visualize through the drive-through window when I ordered two sausage biscuits with cheese combos one with the starry one with orange juice after I made the payment, they asked me to pull up because they were making it. The only thing that came out hot and fresh was the hashbrowns. The cheese was not melted on the sausage and biscuit. The biscuit tasted like it had been put back in the refrigerator from the day before the sausage was nowhere near hot like you literally bit into it horrible and I didn’t even have the time to turn around because I had jumped onto the freeway that I literally had to trash the whole sandwich And eat the hashbrowns because it was hot. It was the worst experience ever because when you were already dealing with traffic and try to get to work. At least you want to stop at a restaurant that you think highly of and they did not have a lot of traffic flowing that you will receive something hot and fresh, but do not go to here if you expect a hot breakfast, especially if they’re telling you to pull over they only want to serve you hot hashbrowns
they put the hash brown on top of the sausage and biscuit in the bag for us to think that we were receiving hot and fresh food. This is beyond ridiculous.

They suck at service like this kind of business should not even exist honestly because why ruining people’s experience you know business are supposed to enhance people‘s experience like there are plenty of options there you know and like you just can’t ruin people experience but good thing is we have a choice and my choice is to never ever to go to this place Saying that I think the main issue is the management and the night shift workers they need to be fired. There is no other option. They just need to be fired. Like give them the notice. My message to the management is fire the night shift, people or anyone who have the attitude you know who is not grateful for the work and who is not like there to help the business and the customers Like either you are paying less that’s why employees are acting like that or you just suck at hiring people you know you just do a lazy work you just hired people without any effort and just give them low salary and that attracts low energy people like this miserable people those people who work out there look like they’re miserable doing this work they don’t want to be there bro and the night shift worker they want to be aggressive, especially the black guy with curly hair or whatever man I think they just hire like those kind of people or something. I don’t know what’s wrong with the management, but they need to get this together before they lose all their money
