The wrong order waiting in line took the now cold food and added the hot food to fix an order that wasn’t even ours just stay away from this place they don’t know how to work when they have orders like you don’t even have that big of a menu but I guess the basics are hard now days you know compression and making sure what’s ordered is what’s given just like the place next door this will be next to shut and rightfully so you’re ripping people off so why should we come back and support your business when you don’t value our time, money or business never again

The parking lot being empty should have been my first sign but I said oh well I drove almost 30min to get here. Ordered through a fast talking interrupting ai order taker thay didnt even let me order all of it before I was cut off. Told me my total and had no way to finish ordering before driving to the window. Added the rest of the order then drove up. After waiting and waiting with only 3 cars in line 1 already pulled forward I was instructed to do the same. I watched another car get out and go back in with their food. Not once but 3 times. Here is the kicker after this went down i was watching the car that was pulled up get their food and I noticed it looked similar to my order. And aftet they looked through my meal they decided it was incorrect. The woman immediately brought that bag to me as my meal being rummaged through like it was ok to give me that meal. Food safety training or lack their of. Needless to say i had to confront this as unnecessary and unacceptable to hand me that same food. I walked in and just said id like a refund but the were so busy trying yo fix everything else with the first car giving them their money back I was pushed aside even though I walked in with the Receipt and stated I want my money back. They did not bother to look at me to talk to me or anything like that. Other than 5 minutes later, I'm like, hey, I just want a refund on this. It's gonna be easier for everybody. And they said, well, we're remaking your food. I'm like I didn't ask for that i asked for it to be refunded and they finally remade my food and I was able to leave, and it wasn't even that good. Unfortunately, you lost a really good customer and a loyal one.
