  I went through the drive-thru to get something to drink and my debit card wasn't returned to me and I didn't discover that until I was already 20 minutes away. I called and whoever answered the phone didn't apologize just wasn't any big deal to him, his comment was "we have it here". I drove back to Sonic to pick it up and there was no apology there was no oh I'm so sorry we made a mistake it was just handed to me. Everyone needs to apologize when they make a mistake it's only courteous

  Ordered on mobile at picked up food. Food was not cooked, call and talked to a manager that hung up on me. Really disrespectful manager

  This place gets worse every time I come in. Every time I order well done tots, and they’re always so pale they’re almost white. Always. Even though the gal is assured me that she made sure they were well done this time, they were still that nasty, soggy, yellowish-white. And now y'all have the gall to charge 50 cents for a tiny 8 oz glass of tap water for my dog?? I’m done with y’all.

  The breakfast burrito that I got was delicious but I easily got disgusted when I found a workers nail in my food it was disgusting.
