  The workers seemed all confused waited at the drive through intercom for 10 mins and watching 3 cars that got there after me get to order before me when I had already waiting ten minutes before the cars came. Had to pull to the other intercoms to tell them my code as I ordered through app. The guy then confirmed my name and I pulled forward to the first window. The guy questioned if I ordered at the right location, I stated yes the other guy that took my order confirmed my name. He could not provide me with a receipt pulled to the next window to get my food. Worker was confused again and asked me what I had. I told him happy meal and a tote of cookies then I received my happy meal was asked to pull to the third window to wait for my cookies whenever I received my cookies. The box was half open on the bottom and my cookies were cold. The only reason why I get McDonald’s cookies is because they are nice and warm and gooey and that was not the fact I could have went back to get my order redone, but with the service and confusion by the employees it seemed it’d be easier just to go home at this point clearly they are lacking training on the manager side needs to be addressed

  This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I go all the time, and I order the same thing every time. A cheeseburger with no pickles and extra onions. They always take the order correctly, and it always says the right things, but it literally never comes out right. Most of the time there is just no onions at all. Sometimes there is no onions and extra pickles. It’s really not that hard to just listen to the order and get it right.

  Made me wait outside for my food for 15 mins and forgot about my sauces lady in front said she will bring them and made me wait another 5 mins this is very unprofessional but this the people yall hire

  Messed up my order not once but twice and had an ugly attitude as a manager still don’t go here it suck’s
