  The pick up lady hang up immediately as soon we say anything, then proceeds and to cut the phone line so none of us could actually place a order. DO NOT COME HERE!!

  If I could give this McDonald’s - stars I would. They are the worst!!! They have messed up my order on more than one occasion and management is not empathetic with the incidents at all.

  The place is easy to go in and put of the HWY, the team members were nice and kind, the food was prepared with sense of urgency. The place is clean, the restroom needed a little of attention but one of the team members was already making his round. Overall I had a very positive experience! 😊 💛

  The workers seemed all confused waited at the drive through intercom for 10 mins and watching 3 cars that got there after me get to order before me when I had already waiting ten minutes before the cars came. Had to pull to the other intercoms to tell them my code as I ordered through app. The guy then confirmed my name and I pulled forward to the first window. The guy questioned if I ordered at the right location, I stated yes the other guy that took my order confirmed my name. He could not provide me with a receipt pulled to the next window to get my food. Worker was confused again and asked me what I had. I told him happy meal and a tote of cookies then I received my happy meal was asked to pull to the third window to wait for my cookies whenever I received my cookies. The box was half open on the bottom and my cookies were cold. The only reason why I get McDonald’s cookies is because they are nice and warm and gooey and that was not the fact I could have went back to get my order redone, but with the service and confusion by the employees it seemed it’d be easier just to go home at this point clearly they are lacking training on the manager side needs to be addressed
