Every time we come through Ennis, we stop at Arby’s because the food is always great. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. The drink machine was broken, so an employee gave us our Dr Pepper drinks from behind the counter. They tasted awful. I asked if we could exchange them for Sprite, and she did, but unfortunately those tasted awful too. I took them back again and was asked, in a very irritated tone, “Do you want something else?” I asked if we could get lemonade or sweet tea. She said she could give us tea, so I said that was fine. She brought the drinks, and I said thank you, but she simply walked away without saying anything. I understand that things can go wrong, especially when equipment isn't working, but the attitude and customer service really made this visit unpleasant. We’ve always enjoyed stopping at this Arby’s, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Hopefully, the drink machine gets fixed and the customer service improves.

You just can’t mess up a classic roast beef sandwich.

Shawn took our order and was very friendly and courteous. We dined-in and they got us our food quickly, but most important it was all fresh & hot. The restaurant was very clean inside and out.
