  I dropped by here yesterday, and Zoe was the BEST! I had a weird order....one sugar free and one decaf frou-frou coffee, and it was PERFECT. The service I received was outstanding. I don't know how they do it, but 7 Brew always has the best people. Plus the coffee is marvelous. But service can make or break a place. So happy my town has a 7 Brew finally!

  7 Brew is hands down the best place to get coffee! The service is always fast, friendly, and consistently excellent. Madyson has taken our order several times, and what really stands out is how she takes the time to get to know her regular customers. She always greets us with a smile and makes us feel welcome. My coffee order isn’t complicated, but it’s made perfectly every single time. Great drinks, great people, and an all-around awesome experience. Highly recommend!

  This was my second time at a 7Brew, but first time at this location! Lou went above and beyond to make my experience amazing from start to finish. Her energy was contagious, she was incredibly kind, professional, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. She took the time to make sure my order was perfect, and you can tell she truly cares about every customer she serves. It’s rare to come across someone who brings so much positivity and passion to their job. Employees like this are what make people want to come back again and again! Thank you for an amazing experience Lou!!

  I asked for a recommendation because I wanted a coffee with toasted marshmallow and coconut flavors. The personal in Waxahachie was knowledgeable, asked questions, and helped me find something I really enjoyed. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. I asked for the same kind of guidance, but instead I ended up with the worst drink I've ever paid for. It felt like no effort was made to understand what I wanted or recommend something. I won't be coming back. -.-. Español -.- Quise una recomendación, respecto al café solo queria que tuviera toasted masmellow y coconut pero un consejo de la chica. En waxahachie si estan capacitados para guiarte con el Menú aqui me dieron la bebida mas fea por la que he pagado. No volveré

  It's hard to find a drink you like, so when you do, you want to stick with it. On two separate visits, my Mojito was made completely wrong - tasting like plain frozen limeade with zero coconut or mint. Both visits, the entire shift was run by a group of about 10 teenagers playing around with music blaring through the speakers. I love that they're having fun at work, but business and customers should take priority over playing and socializing. Instead of fixing the drink and adding more coconut and mint, the teens got defensive, asked "Are you sure?", and remade it wrong twice more while arguing with me. Another told me, "I added one scoop of mint and two coconut like it says," as if I'm supposed to know the recipe. It took three tries and a third employee who actually listened to get the drink made even sorta right, but it still wasn't the same as the very first time I ordered it. This store feels more like a hangout spot for local teens than a business. I shouldn't have to argue through a drive-thru line with teenagers just to get an order made correctly. This location badly needs management and adult supervision present. Not sure I'll be back.
