  Had a wonderful experience! Food was of amazing quality. I can see a difference in team atmosphere and food quality since the last time my wife and I stopped by. Our food was delicious, prepared quickly, and most importantly the manager, Miss Johanna, is what made our visit this time around more pleasant. Great customer service all around! Will definitely be coming back.

  Five piece order- every single item was wrong except the tater tots that came with the meal. Lady with face tattoos was rude when asked to fix it and over charged us on two items (which weren't even what we ordered!!)

  Seriously disappointed in the service we received today. Completely ignored when tried asking questions about availability of items. If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. Over 30 minutes waiting to have the cashier get ignorant with me because YOUR card reader was acting up . Seriously skip this sonic and head down the highway anywhere else but here . You’ll never get those 45 minutes of your life back if you stop here .

  I know for a fact that I am not invisible. The key to decent customer service is acknowledge the guy standing in front of you with cash in his hand and he'll probably stand and patiently wait. Orrrrrr Tell the kid standing next to you to put his phone down. But that didn't happen either.
