  My online orders incorrect 1 out of every 3, other than that it's a great place to eat a quick bite. Just check your online orders before you leave.

  I frequent a lot of Sonics and I normally don't leave bad reviews anywhere actually this is my first time leaving a bad review but there's something wrong at this one I was sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes waiting on my order they didn't get it right in the first place and the food was wrong and the person in the Drive-Thru seemed more interested in her conversation with somebody inside then actually giving customer service

  Absolutely horrible! Waited for so long for our mobile order to come out just to see they through everything in one big bag. Didn’t separate any of the kids meals. We had ordered 4 of the $7 meal deals the new one that shows with the burger,pop corn chicken, ff and drink. Also ordered our younger two kiddo the wakey pack chicken tenders. Going through the bag to make sure everything was in there before heading back home to see one of the chicken tenders and popcorn chicken wasn’t inside the bag. Let the sweet car hop know we was missing said to items. The manager on shift tonight July 2 seat their and called my husband and I liars cause she is the one who bagged it and she made sure everything was in the bag. We proceeded to show her and took everything out to show her for sure it wasn’t their then called us a liar again. Then sent the carhop back to give us what we are missing just to find out it isn’t even what we ordered once again. Two completely different things. Apparently the manager don’t know how to read when she has the receipt in her hand. This was the last visit we will be making to this location. It has gone down hill so fast. We would rather drive the extra time to another location that won’t call the customers liars etc.

  Evening crew here sucks! We went to get ice cream after dinner tonight and one cup came out busted like straught up had a hole punched in it. All of the ice cream was partially is not mostly melted. The ice cream itself also had an odd taste to it nobody finished not even the kids.

  I just went through the drive through at sonic and my first question was “is it still happy hour on drinks?” Destinee who was working the drive through replied “Yes”! So I ordered 2 route 44 and here is a picture of my reciept!!’Really Now
